Situated in Baywood-Los Osos, this lovely house for $620 per night is a great option for your next trip. Isolation by the ocean with many activities. Fabulous easy access hiking trails on the bluffs and at the beach. Quiet and peaceful town. Families can enjoy this spectacular ocean view, 5 bedroom plus home, featuring 4600 square feet of comfort with pacific ocean and beautiful Morro Bay views. Experience the best of California here on the central coast, where the fresh cool ocean air calls you to get out and explore the numerous outdoor activities. You will want to visit Montana De Oro, just down the street with it's miles of scenic coastal trails, tide pools and beaches. You can choose horseback rides on the beach, golfing, hiking, kayaking, deep sea fishing, or enjoy wineries, festivals, farmers markets or take in the arts at galleries and special events. When there is not enough time to cook, you will find dozens of fine and unique restaurants in the area. All of these things are close and convenient and we provide maps to make things easy to find. This spacious home includes 2 kings, 3 queens, 3 twin trundles(6 twins)and a queen sleeper sofa in the recreation room. The large generously equipped kitchen with center island, jenn aire stove and double oven provides plenty of room for the whole family to share in preparing meals. You will enjoy ocean views while cooking or sitting at the large kitchen table seating 8. The kitchen is open to the den, as well as close proximity to the large stainless steel barbeque on the back patio just steps out the kitchen door. One of the finest coastal views can be found in the private backyard, where the patio is the perfect place to relax, enjoy a drink and take in the beautiful views of Morro Bay and the ocean. The comfortable patio set has enough seating for eight. There is a beautiful separate living room, a family room with 50' flatscreenTV, surround sound and wireless high speed internet. A spacious ocean view recreation room is equipped with a game table, pool table, PIANO, stereo and wet bar. Games and books for children and adults included. The three upstairs bedrooms include the enormous spectacular view master suite with a king bed and one of the 3 gas fireplaces. There are two walk in closets, a master bath with a large Jacuzzi tub and shower. While looking out the huge bay window you can watch deer in the back yard, while taking in the beautiful ocean view from inside or on the balcony of this fantastic room. Upstairs bedroom 2 has a luxury queen bed and a twin trundle (2 twins) bed along with a TV. A large patio slider takes you out on the deck where you will smell the Eucalyptus trees while enjoying the spectacular ocean views. Upstairs bedroom 3 is very spacious and has another queen pillow top luxury bed with a twin trundle bed. This house comes with 2 cribs, 2 pack and plays, a bassinet, high chairs and a stroller. The main level bedroom 1 has a comfortable KING extra thick pillow top bed and has easy access just inside the entrance to the house and adjacent to the full bath, formal living and dining rooms. There are no stairs required to enter the house or the main level bedrooms. The main level bedroom 2 is very spacious with a QUEEN pillow top bed and a trundle bed and a TV. There is a separate laundry area with washer and dryer for your use. We supply each full bath with 8 fluffy white towels, 8 hand towels, 8 wash cloths and bar soap. (total 24 towels, 24 hand towels and 24 wash cloths) We include many kitchen supplies such as non-perishable spices, paper towels, baggies, paper plates and napkins. Baths are complete with paper, fine soaps, and plenty of fresh, clean and fluffy towels. The Morro Bay area is the perfect place for a family vacation or a place to just get away from it all and enjoy the splendor of nature, peace and tranquility. The only thing missing is you. Los Osos is a gorgeous place with lots of nearby trails and scenic beauty. The house itself was so comfortable with such magnificent views of Morro Bay, we might never have ventured out! Between the pool table, pingpong table, and piano playing we were well-entertained. The kitchen was fantastic for our group that prefers to self-cater on vacation. The first floor accessibility (bedrooms and all gathering areas) was perfect for the mobility impaired elders. And there are about 20 species of bird that happily pass through the back yard, especially in response to bird seed. We couldn't recommend this rental property more highly.

We had our first stay in los Osos with extended family. I needed to find somewhere to fit a multitude of us. This worked perfectly! The house had nearly every amenity we could need, infant items, toys for children to play with, games for adults to play, a Kitchen with every gadget you could need and even beach items. We happened to visit on a weekend there was a heat wave and did not realize the property did not have AC but had plenty of fans to help. We were pleasantly surprised with the smart tvs in each room. This cozy home is in a beautiful neighborhood in a cute town where everyone around seemed kind, and actually said hi to you when you walked past. We hope to return with our family one day!

Home was just what we were looking for. No one felt cramped or unable to find a private space. Allowed everyone in the family to stay under one roof to experience coffee in the mornings with stunning views, happy hour out back in the beautiful backyard and fantastic football Sunday. We were here for my son’s wedding on Saturday in SLO. It was the perfect extended weekend. Thanks for your hospitality.

Large home that 10 of us stayed in for a 4 days in Los Osos. Great central coast location with awesome views of Morro Bay from the home. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses and utensils. Pool table and ping pong table for fun activities. Close to Montano de Oro park for hiking and Morro Bay for restaurants. Communications with owner were timely and helpful. Overall, experience was positive and I recommend this home.

Your home was beautiful, comfortable and spacious for our family celebration. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, play games and visit. The bedrooms and bathroom were also very comfortable and well appointed. Everyone also enjoyed the pool table! And, of course, the view of Morro Bay and Morro Rock was the cherry on top! Check in was about as easy as it gets. We had a pre-thanksgiving extended family gathering with my in laws, brother and sister in law and our kids and grandchild (ages ranged from 4 to late teens for the kids). The first thing we all noted was the amazing view of the bay from the backyard, the kitchen and the master bedroom, which all faced North. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was well stocked. We had most of our meals there and bbq’d two nights on the outside Weber grill. The kids were always entertained with the game room that included the pool table. Previous guests had damaged a couple of the pool ques and when the property manager checked on us to see if we needed anything, my wife must have mentioned it to her because she was there with replacements within an hour or so. If you are looking for a large home to accommodate a big family, this is it! You won’t find anything even close to this in price on the central coast. Parking is somewhat limited because of the rental ordnances from the county that won’t allow parking on the street, but there are options a couple of blocks down the street for overflow parking. You can still get 5-6 vehicles in the driveway/garage, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. We had a great time and look forward to visiting again next year.

Our group of friends loves to come to Morro Bay to spend time together and celebrate life! This house was the perfect location to not only accommodate all of us (9 adults) but also is well set up and is close to many of the areas that we love to visit! The house was clean, offered a great game room where we were able to play pool, ping-pong and board games along with a great view of the "rock" in Morro Bay. Beautiful place - thanks so much!

This spacious and beautiful home was just perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children! With 5 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms it had plenty of room for us all. There was abundant room for different family activities in the large kitchen with breakfast area, separate dining room, living room, family room and game room with pool table. The spectacular view of Morro Bay from all the common areas was absolutely amazing! The property manager, Denise, was extremely hospitable and kind, and responsive to any questions or requests we had. This home provided my family with a comfortable and memorable vacation!

Denise from day one was very interested in making the stay great. She let us change check-in a little to make it work for part of the family. Well maintained and clean. It is an older home taken well care of. The area and Town was very laid back and casual. Would stay there again if we go to that area!

Our family of adults, children and infants got together for a family gathering to celebrate birthdays and spend a few days, taking time out of busy lives to just be together. A wonderful house with lots of room. Beautiful view of the bay.

Perfect for our women's group retreat!
The six of us loved having our annual retreat here! We had plenty of space and enjoyed fixing meals together in the well-stocked and large kitchen. The view was awesome…quiet neighborhood, proximity to beaches, hiking trails, Audubon bird lookout, restaurants. Denise was so wonderful and so accessible. She went out of her way to accommodate us in every way. No wonder she has over 100 five star ratings!!

Denise is a wonderful host. She is so responsive and has great resources for local hikes, activities and restaurants. The view from the house is unbelievable and the location is perfect if you want to explore the local area. The house was clean and well kept. We enjoy cooking as a family. This kitchen was equipped with all the tools and spices you might need for a culinary experience. Lots of extras. Gorgeous view from the kitchen window and dining table. Truly a wonderful experience.

Amazing view, clean, quiet
The vacation home was fantastic, just as advertised. Beautiful ocean and city view, very quiet residential neighborhood, gas fireplaces for warm atmosphere, comfortable furniture and beds, lots of hot shower water, no steps entry. Real bonuses were the extremely well stocked kitchen with spices, plenty of pans, coffee maker and keurig, and a pantry full of extra food, condiments in the refrigerator. My family really enjoyed the closeness to Montana de Oro state park (free), the pool table, ping pong, and the piano.
Denise, the host, was extremely accommodating, texted frequently to make sure our stay was comfortable and even offered to send some dinner to the house when we arrived late due to flight cancellations.
Everything about the house was first class, no complaints at all.

9 of us stayed comfortably for Thanksgiving week. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a huge meal. Mixers, crock pot, double oven, so many platters, cooking dishes, pots, pans, 2 fridges, everything! Pool table, ping pong, big yard, multiple rooms so everyone can find a quiet spot to read, do a puzzle or play a card game. Or do movie night as there’s a big TV with streaming channels.
Los Osos is about 20-west of 101 so you don’t get the heavy traffic and tourism of Avila or Pismo which we loved. This home is minutes from the beach and amazing hiking and mountain biking trails. There’s a Rite-Aid, Raleys and Starbucks 5- min from the property or about 15-20 min there’s a Target, Whole Foods, BevMo, CVS, etc. You are 30- min from Avila (awesome bike path and a beach for smaller kids) and Pismo (awesome beach town, restaurants, bigger waves for boogie boarding and surfing). Morro Bay is right there where you can walk the beach for sand dollars, see sea otters and seals and the famous Rock.
We did a day trip to Solvang to see the village and for brunch and then went horseback riding in Refugio at Circle B Bar Ranch. It was so much fun.
You are 20- min from downtown San Luis Obispo where we shopped and had dinner at Novo on their back patio along the creek. It was gorgeous and delicious.
Or you can stay home and enjoy this huge home that feels so cozy!
