Overall we were pleased; however there was an extreme lack of towels- only one in each bathroom- no hand towels or wash cloths..several calls were made to the property management without any response. Luckily, we had brought pool towels with us. We also called about the pool heat- took two days before pool was remotely warm for swimming. There were light bulbs that didn’t work and the bedside lamps in the master never worked. All that being said- the location and sleeping capacity can’t be beat. We love staying in the development.

My husband and I brought our children and grandchildren on vacation. There were 17 of us total. This house was perfect with plenty of space for everyone. Had a few small issues, but were resolved very quick. Was clean and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. Was a short walk away from the clubhouse and resort amenities. Overall very happy. Thank you Frank for responding very quick to small issues.

This property was veery clean and every thing was up to my expectations once I arrived. There was an issue with one tv, but I called the owner Frank and he took care of it immediately! I would recommend this rental property to anyone who’s looking for a lot of space and a very welcoming environment.

When got there and the house was absolutely disgusting…Cockroaches…dirty rugs and walls…dirty dishes…washer didn’t work…We were appalled…After spending so much For a piece of crap of a stay

My family and I had an awful experience at this property. We arrived at out check in time and the house was completely uncared for , it was dirty , the coffee machine had old coffee in it , there was dishes to be washed at sink, the bed sheets were all dirty and we had to wash all the bed sheets There were two washing machine but only one worked The pool area had bags with trash hanging on the chair and the pool water was disgusting, dirty with hair flowing around, we called the management company no buddy answered , the next day we tried multiple Times too, they said they couldn't get anyone there to at least clean the pool for us. We did everything else ourselves . My family and I were very disappointed with the property.

The house was clean and nicely appointed. The Clubhouse amenities down the street were a pleasant surprise also. There were plenty of chairs and tables indoors and out by the pool. TV in every bedroom, master suites, pool, washer, dryer. Set up is very comfortable. Very much recommended to families or business trips.

It is a very clean, beautiful house that is conveniently located and perfect for a big group. If you are travelling to Florida and are looking for a place close to Disney or just an awesome place to stay, then this place is for you. We would definitely rent this place again!
