Great location for all that my friends and I needed to get to! We were able to walk to the ball drop right now down on NYE. Host was quick and responsive when we were locked out of the house and needed help getting back in! Beds weren’t the most comfortable but overall a great place to stay! If we come back to Buffalo, we’ll be interested in booking this place again!

It was a very nice house. Quiet neighborhood. We were right on a main road but overall traffic was very little. Worked well for our needs. Nice fenced yard for our dogs.

Very clean and very close to all the amazing restraunts. Not far from the main attraction which was Niagra Falls. That was beautiful experience.

We loved the area. There was a playground that had a walking path which i loved. It was close to so many places we were planning on going. My kids loved the house.

The house was as advertised. Very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Great communication and very responsive when we needed to add our pet to the reservation at the last minute. The neighborhood was nice. Mostly quiet. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The location was great. We had all we needed for our family wedding weekend. The kids enjoyed the fish! We did feel that the beds were very noisy - especially the bunk bed room and the king bed. No one was able to sleep in the bunk bedroom.

This house was so cute and great for what we needed. Outside the fenced yard was great for my dogs to run around in. The spacious dining table held us for the Thanksgiving meal and we had everything we needed to cook our meal. The owner stopped by shortly after our arrival and introduced herself prior to leaving. Other than the cosmetic work needed, the house was great and we loved it.
