Situated in Chiang Mai, this attractive villa for $80 per night is a great choice for your next trip. let a client tell you for me Arriving at the townhouse was such a wonderful surprise to find it beautifully and artfully furnished. Everything that we would need for a comfortable stay was provided. Nice beds, English speaking TV stations, kitchen basics, coffee and water, even a sauna. Convenient location steps away from good restaurants, our favorite was Fern Forest Cafe. Richard picked us up at the airport at a very late hour, made it so easy. Richard is a great and helpful host. A beautiful and comfortable home away from home.

Wow! This was my first impression when entering this property. The level of attention to detail is astonishing. The pictures are impressive but once in the house, every taste bud is teased. This is above luxury. I stayed there for a week however there was something new and unique I noticed each day either on the walls or around the various rooms. Great location for exploring by foot with a super Thai restaurant just 2 minutes away. Highly recommended.

This was my 6th time to rent from Richard and my first time to rent one of his townhomes, it's in the old city inside the mote. It is one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed with a wonderful kitchen stocked with every utensil you could possibly need to cook a meal. All the original art on the walls creates an atmosphere of luxury. I will be staying there again next year and can't wait. This was a one month rental and wasn't long enough. Both locations are 2 bedrooms. Also stayed a in the other townhouse he owns for 2 days and a night which is a couple of blocks away and it's also beautifully decorated and in a nice area as well. Both are away from the touristy areas but only 10 minutes away from the night bazaar and Sunday walking street area, so it's conveniently close. Would be hard to choose between the two. Both locations are great and close to many outstanding restaurants. The prices in the area for everything is cheaper since it's away from the touristy areas.

We were so pleased that we had booked this apartment, it was right in the centre of everything but still in a quiet street. The TV, which was huge, had lots of childrens programmes which kept my children happy, even better we had our own sitting room with its own tv so we did not have to watch Harry Potter for the hundredth time. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and we shall tell any of our friends travelling to Chiang Mai to stay here.
