Chateau by the Sea 305 is proudly owned by 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast! Unit 305 is right next to the World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The Pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner, drinks and live music, there is something for everyone. Bringing kids? You can visit the arcade or ice cream shop during the day, and go for a romantic dinner at night. You are also only a few minutes from the Famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction. Chateau By The Sea is one of the few buildings with an oceanfront heated pool so you can swim and enjoy a great view of the pier and ocean. In addition there is a 360 degree roof deck which is perfect for viewing shuttle launches, sunsets or just sunbathing! This is the only complex in Cocoa Beach with a roof top deck that allows weekly rentals. The balcony is great given its Southern exposure, which offers lots of sunlight! There are big glass sliding doors in the living room & master bedroom, both of which open up to separate balconies. This unit comes with everything you would need on a vacation such as free high-speed wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer and much more. You can comfortably sleep 5 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom and queen air mattress in the living room. We loved the location, management of the property, and the resort was very clean.
The only negative was the living room furniture was not as pictured in the ad. and what was there wasn't very comfortable.
We are very interested in coming back again.

Wonderful place to stay, clean, maintained well, great pool, clean, shuffle board, grills and picnic area to sit and enjoy the outdoor. Easy access directly on the beach. Only place to have a rooftop view of the entire beach area. We really enjoyed staying there. Would recommend to friends and family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo! Clean, spacious, every amenity we needed and more! Location was perfect - a few steps to the beach, the pier, a few shops and restaurants as well. If you couldn't walk where you wanted to go, it was a super quick drive. The hosts were incredible with excellent communication! Would 12/10 recommend staying here!!

The overall property is in decent shape and constantly being improved up. This is our 4th stay at this building, 2nd in the same unit. Last time here was in 2019 and furnishings are still the same. Sofa and loveseat could use upgrading as they are worn. Otherwise place was clean, comfortable and well equipped . Zareh and Taylor were very responsive with any requests. Good work guys. Will be back soon

Needed to travel for work and mix in some pleasure. Found this gem near the Cocoa Beach Pier. Views of the ocean, short walk to the beach and restaurants. The condo property is in very good shape. I’ll return.

Well maintained. Perfect location for our girl's week.
Daughter and granddaughters. Girls could hang at the beach with the beach gear supplied and we could hang at the pool if we wanted.

Perfect location for Cocoa Beach
Chateau by the Sea at Cocoa Beach was just right! My husband and I shared this unit with our 20 year old daughter and her friend. The unit was very nice and is perfectly located. We actually had our groceries delivered by Walmart the morning after our arrival and it was super easy and convenient. The unit is close to everything and the beach and weather was awesome!

Great Beach Location
The location was the best thing about this property. Walk out and you are right on the beach within walking distance to the pier. Having beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and two body boards was so handy to have and saved on rentals. Our main tv and vcr were not working but were fixed in less than 24 hours. That was a bummer since it was raining and we had rented a movie. The unit itself has had some wear and tear that the pictures do not show. Their were stains on furniture and could use some new paint. Otherwise it would have earned a 5 star from us.

You Want To Stay Here
The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated, and it also has a great location right on the beach. The view from the balcony was a partial ocean view and it was fun to be able to see what was happening on the beach. The building also has a rooftop deck so that you can see the entire length of the beach (or watch rocket launches!) and you can also watch the sunset over the river as well. The owner was very easy to communicate with, and I would highly recommend staying at the Chateau by The Sea.

Loved the bright colors and beachy theme decor. Very convenient location. Pool looked nice but unfortunately weather did not cooperate to enjoy it. My only disappointment was the cheap paper products provided.

Great condo near to everything!
This condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The view of the beach from the little outdoor patio was very pretty. An extra bonus is the rooftop patio where we could sit and enjoy spectacular sunrises, and get a great view of the pier and the beach. This condo is within easy walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier - all of the conveniences without having to pay to park there. It has covered parking for guests, beach chairs and towels, and is close to Kennedy Space Center, as well as many stores, delicious restaurants and other activities. It’s truly the perfect place to stay in Cocoa Beach!

Chateau by the Sea 305
Overall, our stay was really nice. The condo had everything we needed and was conveniently located. The beach access was good and the pool area was clean. From the street, all of the buildings in this area look really old which was a bit concerning when we drove up, I immediately questioned the decision to stay here. However, the inside was nice and my concerns were quickly put to rest. We had an issue with the tub in the master bath but I sent Drew an email and he responded quickly with a plan in place to fix the problem. While the problem was not fixed during our stay, it wasn’t for a lack of trying and it didn’t put much of a damper on our experience. We were pleased with the overall experience and would consider staying here or in one of Drew’s other properties in the future.

Wonderful vacation!
We loved Chateau by the Sea. We stayed in 305, and it was everything we’d hoped it would be. While you do not have full view of the beach, you do have a side view that was very nice. We were provided chairs, towels, umbrella and a cooler for the beach, which made our beach experience even better. You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful Week at the Beach
We loved it! Some of the things that we loved were the extra towels and ability to do laundry if needed. We loved the accessibility to the beach and the heated pool. We brought our own cooler & beach equipment but it was nice you had those things in the unit if needed. Master bed was super comfortable. We liked the decor—simple but pleasing and some extra room to put our stuff. Even though it is a small unit, we didn’t feel cramped at all (we had three adults and one six year old). My mom (70+ years young) also said she was very pleased there was an iron and ironing board. We brought our own laundry detergent & dishwashing soap but it was nice that those things were also in the unit if needed. Also grateful there was a broom & dustpan so we could sweep the floors when they got sandy.
A few things to mention—the tub drained very slowly so that’s probably something that needs to be looked at. We couldn’t get the sliding door in the master bedroom to lock (maybe there is a way to do it but we couldn’t figure it out). We didn’t worry about it much because it seems like it would be almost impossible for someone to get in that way unless they were Spider-Man.
We had one of the best vacations and loved this place. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Cocoa Beach.

It was a very clean, a very large for just my wife and I. Beautiful view from the balcony and close to everything. My wife and I had such a wonderful honeymoon there. I hope to come back!
