Free WiFi and Free wireless internet are provided for your use. Amazing lake views from our patio! Open the patio door and enjoy the swans, ducks, geese, and turtles! You are just a few steps away from the lake, babbling brook, walking trail, fishing dock, and nature. Our community has a paved walking trail around the lake that is 1 mile long. It is gated so only the lakefront communities have access to the trail. Along the trail there are benches, fishing docks, waterfalls, rock fountains, a cool wooden bridge and lots of waterfowl. It is great for a quick jog in the morning or a leisurely stroll in the evening. We have new tennis/pickle ball courts (and we provide the tennis equipment in the condo!). A brand new hot tub was just completed in March! Our pool is one of the few HEATED community pools in the Phoenix area (yes we provide pool towels in the condo!). In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis. Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted. No children under 18 staying or visiting Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted. Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted. Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted. There is a limit of 5 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool. No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc. Visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed the home's maximum guests count of 5 people.
