Great location and and clean resort with a cute beach! However, if you want to book this property make sure to read the entire listing. At first glance, it looks like this listing includes some fun benefits and has plenty of space to sleep 5 people comfortably. That may NOT be the case, as you will get whatever condo is available at the time you check-in (which vary from the pictures listed). We thought (based on the pictures listed) that there would be two queen beds and a twin - instead, there were two queens and a hide-a-bed sofa in the living room (that wasn't very comfortable and located in a small common room). Also, there was only a bottom sheet for the hide-a-bed - no top sheet (no one answered the phone when we called about it). There wasn't a table inside, either. Thankfully it was nice out so we were able to eat all of our meals at the tables outside. The condo also needed a couple of repairs - the bathroom door handle was very loose and the sink was stinky. This listing also says you get 1 free pass to a wildlife park and 1 hour of free kayaking included with your stay. This is misleading. We never got our free pass to the park and the free hour of kayaking is only for 1 kayak...which the listing does not say. For a group of 5, this isn't much of a perk. Overall, the location is perfect for all of the activities Wisconsin Dells has to offer, but I'm not sure I would book a second time unless I was able to choose the specific condo at booking.

Our booking was for 6 people, all couples. For one couple they stayed on the hide-a-bed in the couch. The mattress was stained and filthy, the frame for the mattress was broke so their heads were below their body line. We stuffed pillows under it to "make do". The carpets need to be cleaned as well. The sleeping arrangements didn't work so one couple, my daughter and her husband went back home to Minnesota. The location is great. But it should not be listed as sleeping 6 unless the couch is replaced.

Had a great visit. Room was clean. Lake was beautiful. Pool was great. Our washing machine didn’t work but they sent someone same to day to fix it. The master bed was not very comfortable. Otherwise, there was everything we needed and nice to have a quiet place away from the entertainment activities but still just a short drive away.

Everything was perfect except for the drier which was kind of old so it took long to dry and the family room tv had very poor connection we couldn’t watch tv all together when we try to have movie night but overall our stay was nice quite and clean environment and we will definitely be booking again

We were in town for our Mothers funeral. Myself, my husband, my 40 year old son and his 16 year old daughter. Expected 2 bedrooms, Master was great. 2nd bedroom had only a full size bed and a loveseat pullout for a twin. We had seen pictures showing a full and a twin. Only stayed 2 nights, so our granddaughter (5'11") made do with the pull out. Condo was MUCH smaller than we expected. Location was great. We had a ground level unit, which worked great for my husband to walk a very short distance to fish! Bonus! Beautiful property on Lake Delton !!!

I took my family on quick getaway, and we found this place. The photos online looked like as if it was a place with 1970's decorations. When we arrived for check in, the manager told us that they were just finishing setting up the new beds. To our surprise, the place was very clean, and it appeared that they had just finished new decorations, new beds, and had a kitchen with anything you could need in order to have a great stay. We definitely loved that the place had a waterfront view! There was a beach, but the weather was cold. I bet its really nice in the summer. We highly recommend this place, and we would stay here again!

Unit 101 has a great back porch with breeze coming in off the lake and a great view. Dock access at the property allowed us to easily load and unload people and gear from the boat. We would stay hear again!
