There was a lot of paperwork and rules but if you are ok with that then the place is nice. Pool was close and house was what you would expect for a place with a lot of use. There was a decent supply of cookware in the kitchen. Location is a bit far from downtown and needs a ride or bike.

Rented a large cabin for a birthday weekend. The home was clean and had all the amenities we loved. We visited the pool and the area was clean and water was perfect!! We were there mid September and had fabulous weather. The grounds are quiet and everyone there is friendly.

Check in was easy and convenient. We had a late arrival and everything was smooth. Property management was accommodating when anything was needed. The location was excellent. It is far enough to not have a lot of noise but close enough for a short golf cart ride directly to downtown.

Very loud antisocial neighbors. Drunk and rowdy people at the pool. House was fairly clean but there were several items damages when we got there. Manager was responsive. Pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen so well equipped. Washer, drier, and dishwasher were not listed. We always enjoy visiting Put-In-Bay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great and the kitchen was especially well-stocked for a large group (big pots and pans and plenty of dishes). It could have used a deep-cleaning and some updates, but everything worked well and all was neat and orderly.

we had no iternet service during our stay, we were told that we could get it at he pool, but wouldnt come in their either. Missed out on business do to not having it. Their was no electric in the main bathroom outlets, and the master berdroom. dressers were broke, kitchen chair was broke, ect.

We rented this place many years ago ( prob 15 yrs), and looked forward to staying there again this year. What a disappointment! It was absolutely filthy! Dishwasher was broken. There were plenty of dishes, but no serving dishes to put any food in. The pics displayed online are from many years ago. It really doesn't look like it does in pics. Staff was very friendly, & accomadating as much as they could. We did receive money back for cleaning it ourselves. Nasty!

All of the personnel I delt with were very nice & helpful. The house was as advertised but the floors were disgustingly dirty & 1 sofa smelled like urine. The golf cart was waiting for us when we arrived & someone came promptly when we were ready to leave. The pool & area maintenance was good.

I recently rented this house to host my friend's bachelorette party. It was an awesome experience! The house was a bit more spacious than I thought it would be -- we had 12 people, the max capacity, but a few of us still had full beds to ourselves. That was a pleasant surprise. And the common areas were very spacious as well!The one drawback was that we wished it was a little closer to town, but the taxi services were very speedy and affordable. Most of them were like little party busses when we took them into town for the evening! We also rented a couple golf carts during the day and had a blast driving those around. Although we weren't that close to town, it was nice seeing all the other groups around the little Island Club village. It almost felt like grown-up summer camp!Great experience overall, I would recommend it to anybody!

Our experience was a great one. Just about everything in the house worked (2-3 various light bulbs out, had to make an easy fix to the grill lid). The A/C chilled the house down real quick (wasn't a blazing hot weekend but nonetheless it worked great), all the beds were very comfy, showers got the job done, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (including grilling stuff!), all outlets worked (there were surprisingly a lot which is great to charge your phone since it does so quickly on the island), the back patio was clutch for relaxing outside, the TV had cable which would have been ultra-clutch had team USA beat Belgium and played on the 4th, and in general there was plenty of tables/chairs for people to sit and enjoy a summer drink. The only issue was the dishwasher not working (leaked water). We fortunately religiously used paper/plastic all weekend so sink duty on Sunday wasn't an issue. To round out the experience, the neighborhood pool was great, the Island Club Taxi service was incredibly efficient and friendly (Thank you Tony and Coconut Pomps), and all our neighbors were super nice and friendly. Overall the house was a major success! I highly highly recommend this to anyone considering pulling the trigger.

I booked the cabin for my friends Bachelorette Party and could not have been happier with our stay. Dottie, the manager on site, is amazing and helpful. We arrived about 2 hours prior to the check in time and decided to use the pool while we waited to get into our cabin. We ran into Dottie and she was very warm and accommodating. She let us in early and made sure we were happy with the cabin. There was a box spring broken on one bed and she had it fixed immediately. She gave us cards for the taxis and made sure we were happy. The taxis are continuously circiling and arrive very quickly when called. I recommend Tony! Super nice guy! The pool was clean and we enjoyed our first afternoon there. The cabin was clean and had plenty of space for the 11 ladies staying. They also supplied several appliances in the kitchen to help with meals! I definitely recommend this company to others and would stay there again on future visits to the island!

Upon arrival i was a bit put off by the amount of damage to the house. After we unpacked and settled in the things that were damaged just faded away in the background. We were all so excited about our trip that those things just didn't matter anymore. By damage I mean, towel bar broken, trim on cabinets missing, refridgerator drawers cracked/broken, small hole in bedroom wall, plastic over window torn (would look better off than torn). I did spend about 30 minutes picking up cigarette butts from the yard. I didn't want to chance loosing our deposit for someone else mess. The house itself was clean. Beds appeared clean. We will stay here again for sure. I do not recommend this place for people with small children. Maybe early in the week Mon-Wed but not the weekends. Party City!

We've been visiting PIB for 15 years or so and always have a great time. The accommodations are exactly what we need for our group and Dottie always takes great care of us. Plus, we enjoy meeting our neighbors every year. This unit had a few blemishes but were easily overlooked and didn't affect us at all. However the AC froze up during our stay even though we set it around 68-70 degrees. Dottie and her staff did a great job in handling the issue for us though so we will no doubt be back again next year!

We really enjoyed the Island Club home we rented. It had plenty of comfortable space for our family. We had a multi-generational group (age 2-60) so we had different needs for different people and it worked out great. The back bedrooms were far enough away from the fray for the kids to go to bed early and still allow the adults to stay up and talk. The kitchen was spacious (big fridge and two tables) so we could all cook and eat at the same time. We rented a golf cart and went everywhere in it -- everything was in close proximity. We had a great time and felt the rental was a great value. The caretakers were easily accessible when needed too. Thanks.
