Relax on the back deck while you watch the kids have a blast running around and playing on our jungle gym, with ladders, monkey bars, and a slide. Get everyone together for a pick-up game of basketball, as our driveway doubles for a basketball court. Red River Beach is just a 3 minute drive down the road, and our home is right around the corner from Main Street and downtown Harwich Port, where you will find plenty of great dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Walk through the front door of our home to find a combined living/dining area with a huge flat screen TV, comfortable couches with plenty of seating, and a high top tables and chairs. The first floor also features a fully equipped kitchen, formal dining room, bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, and quiet living room with a fireplace that is perfect for reading or relaxing. Upstairs are three more bedrooms: the master with a king bed, another with a queen bed, and the third with two full beds (bunk beds), as well as another full bathroom. Other amenities include central A/C, WiFi, cable TV, a washer/dryer in the basement, gas grill, and sheets and towels provided for each guest. My friends and I all really enjoyed our stay! The property was conveniently located, and the home itself was clean and spacious. We loved playing basketball, sitting on the deck, and relaxing in the comfy couches! The check in and check out processes were easy, and communication with the property managers was efficient and easy. Thanks for a great time!

Everything about the trip was really nice. The property was well represented in the pictures. Clean, nice, spacious and comfortable.
Del Mar was super professional and responsive.
The location was also nice. Plenty of parking and close to lots of restaurants, stores and the bike trail. Walk to nice beach was safe and easy.
Close to harbor for more activities and the ferry.

We headed to the cape for a golf weekend and this house was a great fit. It had plenty of room and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. There was a little confusion as the listing said six beds but there were only 5. Not a big deal for us but something the next renter should be aware of. Overall a nice place to stay.

This was a lovely Home and great location. We stayed two weeks with our family and friends and had one of our best vacations. The house is so, so cozy - we never felt like we were “away from home”. Comfortable beds and furniture, GREAT living space. The kitchen is just fine - lots of kitchen and dining utilities (pots, plates, platters, etc) and great neighborhood. Highly recommend and would definitely go back. Short drive to the beach and walking trail and so close to lots of food options and ice cream! Big house, big yard, needs some updating
Pulling into the driveway we had some concerns about the property as the outside of the house is in need of basic maintenance and not overly appealing. Overall, it was a decent home, good for families with plenty of space. The driveway was nice and big and where we spent a lot of time, and the yard itself was great for the kids. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for kids to ride bikes and go for walks. Inside the house, like outside, there is a need for updating and maintenance. The furniture in the main living room is old and uncomfortable. The couches are all sunken and dirty looking. As other reviewers noted, the kitchen appliances are very dated. The master bedroom upstairs is large and the other 3 bedrooms were also comfortable for my kids. If you're looking for a house with space and a nice yard it checks the boxes.

Once a year we rent a home in Cape Cod and this home was perfect for our three families to enjoy. So Spacious! The kids loved the play set and stayed outside on it almost everyday. High school reunion summer trip!
Once a year we rent a home in Cape Cod and this home was perfect for our three families to enjoy. So Spacious! The kids loved the play set and stayed outside on it almost everyday. A kids paradise
This is a very good vacation property for people with kids. My Grandson loved it! From bunk beds to the gym outside and the huge basketball court he rode his bike on. For me however it was very difficult. I have handicapped limitations so no walk in showers both bathrooms up and down have tub showers. The first floor bedroom has no dressers or closets to put your clothes there is a standing cabinet but my Husbands clothes had to stay in the suitcase. The first floor bed was horrible and the stairs were to steep for me to go to the second floor where everything is great from what my family members told me. I couldn’t use the front entrance because there is a slight incline making it difficult. I used the back deck and stairs and walk way because everything was at least flat for me. I knew about no walk in shower but I wanted to make my Grandson happy. But the downstairs bedroom looks like it was made into a bedroom by putting up a wall in the formal living room so no closets or dressers just extra sleep space for someone with a good back. All in all this is a great house for a young family and if Grandparents rent the house for them make sure you can do stairs and use tub showers.

Great place for large groups
We had 7 adults staying here and really felt comfortable with the space. The kitchen is a bit small, but there’s ample seating for eating and lounging around in two dining areas. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable and the place overall was very nicely decorated. It felt very homey for our long weekend! It’s just a short drive to restaurants, markets, and grocery stores.

Summer 2019 Harwich Port Vacation
This home is immaculately decorated and its furnishings couldn’t be more comfortable. The open flow with multiple sitting areas; large deck and yard with equally gorgeous outdoor living spaces, and a high-end basketball hoop and huge court for our children, made it a pleasure to stay here for our Cape vacation. The proximity to the beach was also very convenient as our teens could walk to and from it independently when they desired. We did not give it a 5 star overall rating only because the older kitchen stovetop and outdoor gas grill did not work efficiently and it was difficult to cook.

AMAZING.
Loved our stay in Harwich Port. The house was wonderful - loved the aesthetic, the yard, deck and basketball hoop. Has all the amenities we were looking for inside and out. Excellent for two families. We had 4 adults and three kids.
Only con is the kitchen appliances were a little dated - so if you are looking for a large cook's kitchen - this may not be your choice. But, we grilled every night and ate dinner on the deck. We would rent this house again!

Wonderful Time at The Cape
We had a wonderful time at the property during our 5 day stay. The home is beautifully decorated throughout and very neat and clean. There was plenty of room for all six of us and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen had all the pots and utensils needed to cook our meals and the barbecue worked great for our outdoor dining after we shopped at close by supermarkets. We ventured out during the day to the local bowling lanes where we had a good time and they were so friendly. Our trip to the Pirate Museum was very interesting and educational. At Martha’s Vineyard the stores and the small Victorian houses called painted ladies were nice and made for a fun outing. The times spent at the house were enjoyable because the house was so cozy and well stocked with games and plenty of TV channels. The only inconvenience was that everyone had to take the sheets off their beds and put them and their used towels in a laundry bag that was provided before leaving. But I would definitely recommend your home to anyone traveling to the Cape.
