About this house rental
Newer constructed home in Sesuit Neck with Cape Cod bay views and walk to beach. It doesn't get any better for you and your family to start creating vacation memories together. This house has been professionally decorated by an amazing local interior designer. Looks like something out of Coastal Living Magazine. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and not one amenity or accessory was missed! The open floor plan is perfect for spreading out with all of today's modern amenities. There is also a reading/flat screen tv nook on the second level as well.
A gourmet chefs kitchen stocked with all the entertaining essentials in the custom kitchen with granite counter tops and commercial gas stove. The french doors in the kitchen lead out to the patio and decks to soak up the sun or have an al fresco dinner with or friends. There is an outdoor shower for after a long day at the beachg I’m Wes as well.
The house is equipped with high speed internet/wifi, lots of glass for maximum central air conditioning, professionallyzd landscaped yard varea. All pf this located on a quiet cul- du-sac with no through traffic. Just around the corner from Sesuit Harbor Cafe & Marina and the beach! W

We stayed for 2 weeks in late September. Loved the house, which was spotless, and well organized. We walked to the beach everyday, tried the Sesuit cafe, caught a few stripers, went bike riding, and enjoyed some of the local restaurants--especially Scargo. Chatham was a short drive for some Loved the Dennis area.

This house is nothing short of perfect. The house is gorgeous, spacious, and ideally located on a quiet dead end street with a cul-de-sac and is walking distance to the beach. The house has every modern convenience you could want and more. We loved eating outside on the beautiful deck, as well as sitting on the side patio. Our group consisted of 2 couples (sisters with our husbands), our mother and one teen. The layout was ideally suited for our needs (one downstairs bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom with walk in shower, 2 master bedrooms with king size beds and their own bathrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and its own bathroom). The big open kitchen is equipped with every kitchen item you would want for a week. We took advantage of the bicycles and enjoyed a lovely ride on the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The water is so close that we enjoyed several walks down to the beach to watch the sunset. The owner of the property called a couple of days before we arrived to tell us about the property and ask us if we had any questions. He gave us some good tips and told us to reach out any time if we had any questions. We are so glad we found this property!
