Located in Provincetown, this attractive condo for $200 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This sun filled apartment with amazing views is located in one of the best locations in Provincetown. Just next door to the Wired Puppy and one block away to the new Provincetown Library . The apartment is entered by way of an external spiral staircase into the kitchen area. The kitchen area then leads to the dining area and living area with spectacular views. The living area has a sliding wall that opens to bedroom #1 For privacy, slide the wall closed but at other times leave the wall open. This bedroom has an attached full bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Of course this bedroom also shares the spectacular harbor views. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. The deck off the bedroom and living room afford a place where one can enjoy the best that Provincetown offers. Up front off the kitchen area is bedroom #2 which also has it's own full bathroom. The apartment is fully air conditioned. There is parking for one car (medium size or smaller) Please note that the rates listed by season, are starting rates. Please ask for the exact rate for the period you need. There is deck shared by 4 units right on the beach. See pictures that will give you an idea how wonderful this deck is. Great location plus on the water. Pros: *Location, location, location. *Small back deck attached to place plus large deck on the beach *2 bathrooms * functional layout * dog friendly *sonos soundbar system - if you have sonos app you have music *xfinity cable (for rainy days) Cons: *right next to restaurant so people over look the deck and smells (when they clean kitchen at night) * no consumerbles in kitchen (like salt and such) This maybe a COVID issue as we have done other places in ptown where there was such items available - more of a warning for visitors than a true negative

We had a fantastic stay - a great apartment in an ideal location with fabulous views! Plenty of room for our family of four in this comfortable apartment with updated bathrooms, tons of natural light, and a perfect deck for enjoying the view of the bay. A quick walk to virtually everywhere in P'town - this place can't be beat! We will definitely stay again!

We took the ferry from Boston and it was an easy few blocks from there to this apartment with beautiful views and access to the soft wide beach! Great for kids! Beware that this is a second floor unit accessed by a fairly narrow spiral staircase. And we found several items under furniture left by other people. But otherwise it was fantastic😀

This rustic 2 bed/ 2 bath is beyond charming. Smack right at the best location of PTown allowing us easy access to awesome seafood and bevs. Place is tidy and very comfortable - and offered the best surprise of all - waterfront views and access! And my appreciation to the most welcoming neighbors! Thanks so much again Bruce!!!

This is a great place, with lot of room, in a super location! The balcony view of the harbor and access to the beach - right down your steps - affirms you are on holiday! The kitchen is up-to-date and well stocked, which when combined with the patio Weber grill, allowed us to have a fabulous dinner of fresh fish from Mac's. Know that the shower stalls in both bathrooms are tiny-tiny, as in anyone over 180 will probably touch the walls while washing. At 5'6" and 125 lbs, I fit fine, although shaving my legs involved various yoga poses. The area carpet in the living area and one of the bedroom fans desperately need to be replaced but I assume both will be occur at the end of the summer. Glenn was great to work and I will definitely return!

Great place, amazing location, right on the bay side water. Easy walk to tons of great shops, restaurants, coffee, etc. We loved it and will be back

We had a wonderful time enjoying this property for a week in July - the balcony, deck and beach access make all the difference on those days you're too tired to get to Herring Cove and just want to relax. Ownership & management was accommodating and helpful.

This place is gorgeous and Bruce made the stay wonderful! Just being a driveway away from Commercial Street makes it so peaceful. Friends came down to visit and flipped over the place! Thank you all so much for a great vacation!! Looking forward to next year!
