Whether you’re looking for an intimate setting for your family vacation, or just a beach getaway, you are sure to make lifelong memories with your family and friends at Seagrass Beach Cottage - a beautiful home which sits on its own private beach on the Mississippi Gulf Coast near the quaint coastal town of Ocean Springs, Mississippi.
This spectacular 4 bedroom / 4 bath cottage-style ocean front beach house blends old Southern charm with modern amenities, including WIFI Internet, three flat screen Smart TVs, central heat and air, tankless gas hot water heater and washer and dryer - to name a few. In addition to the 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, the spiral staircase in the living room leads to a Pelican Loft (used as a 5th bedroom) with French doors opening to a private sunbathing deck, with picturesque views of your private beach, the Gulf of Mexico, and Horn Island.
Belle Fontaine Beach showcases the natural beauty of the Mississippi Gulf Coast like no other place can. It's a beach front community with 3 miles of private white-sand beaches on the Mississippi Sound.
Features of the home include:
* Wrap around porches provide plenty of outdoor entertaining spaces, including the large back porch ( 80' x 12’), which overlooks the beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
* ADA-compliant accommodations includes a bedroom, with queen bed and private bathroom.
* 4 total bedrooms, including 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double, and 4 Twin beds.
* Upstairs Pelican loft area, with two Twin sleeping chairs and access to upper outside deck.

* Separate sitting room with 2 additional fold-a-way cots

The house was very comfortable and accomplished everything we looked for all (7) guest. Lots of room for everyone. The large wrap around deck and private beach area with firepit. The host answered all of our questions quickly and was flexible to meet our schedule.

The property fit our needs & expectations to a T. We were 10 minutes from the wedding venue that we came to MS to attend. We enjoyed the beach access, the views, the wild life(very different from Iowa wildlife) & the relaxing atmosphere. Our 4 grandchildren loved the house & beach. Very glad that the air conditioning worked so well.Thank you from All of Us, The Riediger Family from Iowa.

We had a tragedy in our family and almost cancelled a week prior to our arrival. We decided that the stay may provide some healing and proceeded with our vacation. Lots of tears shed but loved the remote, quiet, beautiful scenery. Private beach was amazing!! House was great - clean, spacious, and lots of towels, dishes for our large family. Lots of beach toys and games for the kids. Host was very accommodating and replied quickly to my messages. We did have an issue with a leaky roof but I feel like it was an act of nature and beyond anyone’s control since we had so much rain during our stay. Host was on it immediately and someone was there to look at it right away. I specifically liked the doors from the rooms to the back porch - i’m an early riser and was able to sneak out on the deck/beach without waking anyone and spent some alone time looking at the beach every morning. Crab hunting on the beach at night was a highlight for the kids. Beach chairs (4) near fire pit was used daily. Local restaurants were very tasty! Our stay was perfect and looking forward to making this an annual trip in memory of Jesse.

We had a party of 13 and it was perfect!! The view was amazing and relaxing. Loved the private beach and the back deck area. Can't wait to stay there again!
