About this apartment rental
Only a few meters from the sea, the apartment Montemar 33 is located in Port de Sóller and enchants guests with its communal outdoor area and a great view of the turquoise blue sea. The apartment has a living-dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 people. The child-friendly apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a TV. A baby bed and a high chair are available upon request. Outside, there is a covered, furnished terrace with a barbecue for your private use, where you can enjoy meals together over a glass of wine. The community pool (shared with 40 other apartments) and outdoor showers also provide refreshment on warm summer days. A supermarket is 4 km away, while a selection of restaurants as well as the beach Platja d'en Repic are only 200 m or a short walk from the property.
Please note that the accommodation is on a hillside—to get there, you have to travel on the road or take 200 steps.
This is a self-catering property. Linen, bath towels, toilet paper on arrival, and other basic amenities are supplied. Guests are expected to purchase their own supplies after using what is provided. For hygienic reasons, no food leftovers are left at the property.

We really enjoyed staying at this property! The views were beautiful and it is centrally located in Port de Soller.

Pros: We didn't spend a huge amount of time in the apartment as it was base for us as we were working on the island. It was clean, spacious and in a great location for Port de Soller.
Cons: The sewage in the bathrooms was very smelly, immediately on check in the bathrooms did smell pretty bad. The smell would come and go, it might be down to the overall sewage network on the position of the apartments.
Lots of mosquitos around the apartment, not a lot you can do as it's not the apartments fault, but just to be forewarned that you can't have windows open overnight.
The apartment was very clean on arrival, but if you looked a bit closer the place was tired and needs a bit of an uplift. The showers were hit and miss with water to hot, and then suddenly going cold. Lots of dead mosquitos smacked on the walls...that kind of thing.
But generally minor points which would enhance the stay if addressed.

Leiligheten var ren og fin men bassengområdet var sjuskete. Stygge solsenger som var slengt rundt uten system, bare rotete og stygt. Frista ikke å ligge ved bassenget i det hele tatt. Mange trapper å gå, 190 trinn til vår leilighet.

Sehr schön gelegenes Apartment- 150 Treppen runter zum Strand. Das hält fit - ist aber nichts für jeden.
Wir hatten etwas Pech, da die Toilette in einem der beiden Badezimmer nicht richtig ablief. Gabriel, der Verwalter, war extrem hilfsbereit, hat sofort einen Handwerker organisiert und uns noch spät abends einen Umzug in ein anderes Apartment ermöglicht. Dieses hatte einen fantastischen Meerblick allerdings zum Bedauern unserer Kinder kein wifi.
Der Pool war nett, man muss aber wissen, dass er allen Apartments ( ca 40 Parteien) zur Verfügung steht und daher auch keine Liegen vorhanden sind.
Da die meisten Bewohner den Strand nutzen, waren aber meist nicht zu viele Leute am Pool.
Die Apartments sind sehr hellhörig und das zweite Schlafzimmer sehr klein mit zwei sehr schmalen Betten und einer winzigen Dusche.
Insgesamt haben wir ein paar entspannte Tage hier verbracht und Gabriel war bei allen Anliegen sofort ansprechbar und hat immer nach schnellen Lösungen gesucht.
