The room was spacious, Carmen who was in charge was fantastic. She was very friendly and willing to answer questions and make suggestions. The breakfast that Carmen prepared was very generous..Carmen made it very easy to ask for help on anything. Including what bus to take into the centre.
The view from our room window wasn't great and the hot water in the shower didn't last.

Carmen was very helpful
Due to a plumbing problem we have been transferred to another property (Residenza Ximenes) wich was very nice and was handled very well by staff- easy check in
Rooms need to be refreshed/ painted - is overrated in your app
Outside of building is quite unpleasant
Check in was somewhat complicated.
