It was very clean. We had a terrace and the AC was always working, so it was refreshing coming in the room.
The location was tiring, because public transport was not on time and you can wait for a bus 30min or so. And you can use only one bus line to get to hotel.

Spacious room with good temperature control
Constant droning noises during the night. Door knob to enter the room was extremely hard to turn so that I had to use both hands and grip extremely hard in order to try to open it

Big spacious rooms, bathroom clean and spacious, all things needed for a good stay. Location is 30 mins walk to the center, or bus stopping just around the corner (tickets you buy at Tabacheria stores). Lot of places / cafes just nearby. Quiet place and nice view to the city from high floor. Parking is 12 Euro per day.
I thought parking is free for guests.

The location
Staff didn’t give you any information on the hotel’s facilities when you checked in.
The safe in our room needed to be reset as it didn’t work. We had to contact the reception 4 times before this happened. We had limited time to wait for this as we were going to a wedding. The safe also was also mobile. It wasn’t connected to the wall so was easy to move so not really secure .
