It is on a small on lane dirt road but not a problem just making sure that is known.The house was super clean and equipped with essentials. Very easy to get to downtown Helen and Unicoi State Park.

Cabin was well stocked in great condition, beds and furniture were comfy and accommodating. Location was beautiful, grill and hot tub were both easy to use. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. Overall the stay was amazing and this was our second time at this property and will be using it a third time next year!

Thanks for a great stay! We had a work conference at Unicoi State Park and this was a very convenient location to the park and to Helen. The house was clean and well appointed. The fire-pit and hot tub were a perfect end to a long day. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Overall the stay was fine, a few things could of been better, the hot tub was clean, but after testing the water quality was poor and was not within the levels for us to be able to use. The bedding was not cleaned and smell like wet dog, I have a pet allergy and was having a reaction so I suspect there was a pet at some point.
