Villa Connie is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property on a direct gulf access canal (only 9 minutes, .7 miles to the river!) with an electric-heated pool. This home sleeps a maximum of 6 guests (including children) and will accommodate up to 2 pets that do not exceed a combined weight of 35 lbs. (cats are not allowed) Please inquire for possible pet exceptions. Please note that the boat lift is NOT available for guest use.

This property was exactly what we needed.....quiet and relaxing. The pool by the canal was amazing. It was hard to go home.

We had an amazing time at the Villa Connie! The house was just as described and was in a safe neighborhood. The kids especially enjoyed the pool! All in all it was a fantastic vacation.
