A home from home in the Sun

I have stayed in the Montecarlo Apts in the past and was drawn to this apartment due to the air con and the soundproofing, Anyone that has stayed directly opposite the Commercial Centre knows how noisy it gets in the evening, I was surprised as to how effective the sound proofing was, just close the doors and the sound is gone, the apartment has all you would need for a home away from home, It was one of the best accommodations that I have stayed in and I have been going to Puerto Rico for the last 15 years, the host Luis is very easy to contact via message on Booking.com and personally handed me the keys.

The most amazing stay we have had.

Everything was exceptional...our host luis was amazing and if we needed anything nothing was any trouble,the apartment had absolutely everything we needed from washing machine right down to suncream,location you have everything on your door step from restaurants to bars to supermarkets to chemist's,and the soundproofing you can not hear anything from the shopping centre at night,I highly recommend this bungalow it is absolutely amazing and the pool is lovely just a few steps up from bungalow 35,thank you luis for letting us into your bungalow it truly is amazing.

Perfect location, apartment had everything required for a great stay, excellent host who responds immediately to any questions. Could not find any faults with the accommodation. Great pool & Bar, fabulous prices

Perfect accommodation in the center or Puerto Rico, especially if you want to be next to everything in Puerto Rico.

Directly at the ground floor, no stairs, easy to park car just next to the property.

The bedding could be improved to make it a perfect stay.

Perfect place perfect location

The location next to the centre was ideal and only a 15 minutes walk to the beach. Very few stairs to reach the property, which is important in Puerto Rico, and a wonderful poolside restaurant and bar were very good for lunchtime, and the Bar staff and cleaning people were all very friendly. Lois and family, the owners were so friendly aso run an excellent restaurant 'Isla Bonita' in the shopping centre, excellent food

There was nothing I didn't like about the Apartment, but the closure of the upstairs bar/restaurant and the pool for two weeks out of our 4-week holiday (for repairs and holiday in May) was a big disappointment. Also, the whole place was quiet with many restaurants snd entertainment venues, including pubs, closed either permanently, or for month-long holidays.

Great location, very well equipped, excellent value for money.

Central location with no uphill walking required, beside all amenities, just over 10 minutes to the beach and less to bus stations for trips around the island. The owners have a restaurant just across the road (Isla Bonita - worth a visit) so could meet us on arrival with keys and allowed a few extra hours on day of departure which was appreciated. Pool bar great, very friendly with good omelettes, etc.

Do bring or pick up earplugs as the downside of being in the town centre is music from bars often lasts to 1.30am and early morning deliveries, however we slept fine with the earplugs.

Fantastic apartment

The location of the property is fantastic It’s like a gone from home Great to have a washing machine when there for 2 weeks Food very reasonably priced by the pool Excellent communication with owner

It was very hot and air con would have been good but I know these properties are quite old and non have them. Maybe get an additional fan Hate to complain about the heat! This wouldn’t put us off coming again

Fab location

Great location, comfy beds and good shower. No steps to house and lovely balcony with comfy chairs. Shops, bars and restaurants very close by and lovely bar by pool.

A little noisy in morning, due to being next to main road but would return here without a doubt

There is a difference between apartment 35 and other apartments, we live in apartment 35, it has free Wi-Fi, all Nordic TV stations, fully equipped kitchen, all daily necessities, parasols, perfect location, highly recommend apartment 35 We will be back soon! Thanks luis

Very good location, close to all places, shiny and clean, very fast Wi-Fi and completely free, the washing machine works perfectly, we have a family of six people, the room size is just right, no doubt recommend it to anyone, the landlord Very friendly, we will come back again

Very clean and comfortable apartment, fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, free Nordic TV, washing machine, parasol...and perfect location, just a few minutes walk to the beach, three brand new The shopping mall is just opposite, you can save a lot of tax money, there is no stairs to enter the apartment, suitable for the elderly and children, you can easily reach important tourist attractions on the island, friendly landlord, thank you for your free late check-out, he will help you All things are highly recommended, see you next year!
