Vue magnifique et équipements complets

Une vue magnifique et exceptionnelle sur la mer depuis la terrasse de ces appartements qui comportent tous les équipements nécessaires (lave vaisselle, machine à laver le linge, très pratique et bien pensé!). Petite épicerie disponible au sein de l’hôtel avec des prix intéressant. Très proche du centre de Puerto Rico. Piscine agréable et plutôt chaude. Personnel absolument sympathique ( mention spéciale à Alicia et au au monsieur aux yeux clairs à lunette dont je ne connais pas le nom). Un très bon choix d’hôtel pour découvrir Gran Canaria

Parfois difficile de stationner son véhicule en journée suivant vos heures d’arrivée mais aucun problème le soir.

Superfint läge med underbar terrass mot vattnet

Fantatiskt läge med utsikt över havet. Stora terrasser med både bord, stolar och solbäddar. Rymliga lägenheter som innehöll allt man behövde och lite till.

Vi var borta från hotellet en heldag och när vi kom tillbaka satt städerskans huvudnyckel i vår dörr på utsidan. Nyckeln gick till samtliga rum på två våningsplan. Det kändes inte bra alls att vem som helst kunde gå in på vårt rum under en hel dag så jag ringde receptionen och fick till svar "sorry, städerskan är ny". Därefter skickade han upp en person som inte förstod engelska till oss för att hämta tillbaka huvudnyckeln. Otroligt nonchalant hanterat!

Excellent hotel which we will definitely be visiting again.

Lovely location, good sized room with great facilities. Very clean and really nice pool area. Breakfast was very good.

We had breakfast and dinner. Everything was very tasty, I was pleasantly surprised by the approach to the dinner, that is, each dinner was thematic and differeте for 7 days. I would like to highlight the wonderful waiters Mykhailo and Maria. With them, the table was always clean, a pleasant smile and care for visitors. The animator David knew all the children by name and always invented entertaining programs, jokes well and is sincere in communication. The convenient location of the hotel made it possible to walk to two beaches, the best Amadores beach. We also enjoyed walking to the surrounding restaurants and shops located in the center of Puerto Rico

Good for the price

Nice big apartment with everything you need in the kitchen and washing machine. Good location close to the shops and beaches.

Very hard if you have small children there is alot of stairs to climb and steep hill to get to the hotel.We asked to leave room at 10:30 but it was said that we cant stay any longer and need to leave at 10:00.

rooms are good equipped with a complete kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. all was clean. even the elevator was working. bar service was quite good.

breakfast buffet and dinner buffet has not much improved sinde the last time. quality is quite low compared to what one can have within 10 minutes walk.

Everything was great, the staff at the airport and the hotel were very nice.

Everything went smooth. The view from the terrace was beautiful. The hotel was close to Amadores beach and Puerto Rico beach/shopping street. The staff were very helpful at the reception. It was much more alive in Puerto Rico, but the beach was nicer in Amadores. We also got help from the reception to rent a car, which we highly recommend if you want to explore the dunes and the mountains. The breakfast was good enough. There was a small store inside the hotel where we could buy drinks ans snacks. The room was fully equipped, we used the kitchen once to bake and cook some seafood that we bought from SPAR. There was a dishwasher and a washing machine, and the a/c worked well. The room was very clean and we were more than satisfied with our stay.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but the taxi was 80 euros from the hotel to the airport. We would have taken the bus again, but our flight was quite early. We recommend taking the bus for only 7 euros/person to and from the hotel. Bus 91 or 1 from the airport to Amadores. It takes 40 min by both bus and taxi.

Happy memories made and Bahia Blanca very much added to that, we couldn’t fault it and we will definitely becoming back.

The apartment was really lovely, had everything you need and the rooms was very spacious with good air con. but the balcony was the cream on the cake with two sun lounges, table and chairs and beautiful lights for when sitting out in the evening and the beautiful views was spectacular. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We had breakfast included which was more than adequate, they do a continental and full English buffet so you can pretty much go up as many times as you like! The property is perfectly situated in-between Puerto Rico and Amadores beach which is only 10 minutes walk either way and not too hilly! We will definitely be returning for our next holiday :)

We want to visit again! :)

The view is beautiful, the breakfast is amazing, the pool is great (toilets, a small mini-market and a bar are just there), the staff is friendly and there are also some activities (water aerobics, darts etc.) and entertainment. Didn’t try the gym or the massage. Even the other guests were lovely. You can walk to Playa de Amadores and Playa de Puerto Rico easily (maybe 10min with beautiful scenery). From there one can also take a bus to other destinations. There is a shopping centre up the hill from the hotel (quite steep climb) but one can also take a taxi for less than 5eur.

We have nothing to complain the only thing that I would say that it would be nice to have some cleaning stuff in the apartment because there is a dishwasher and a washing machine but you have to buy your own soap.

Amazing

Booked 3 nights but loved it so much, we extended for another 3. We loved everything and everyone, the location is perfect, you have direct access to Puerto Rico and Amadores within 10min walk, bus stop is next to the hotel, the staff was very polite and helpful, room was amazing, lots of stuff for cooking although we did not need anything as we ate outside the room. Water in the pool is clean and warm, the hosts are amazing from the pool guys to reception l, kitchen and restaurant to the housekeepers. Highly recommend not only for couples but also for families.

Should change the pool area a bit, there could be a lot more space for loungers where the lounge is, as it almost no one sits too much inside.

Great 5 day stay

Fantastic views and lovely feel about the hotel. We were top floor and yes would be not enjoyable without the lift but it worked perfect for our trip. Probably not best place for people with mobility issues but we had a great trip. Staff were friendly, food tasty enough and under 10 mins walk to 2 fab beaches. Would recommend.

Very good location within an easy walking distance of two nice beaches (Playa de Amadores and Playa de Puerto Rico). Breakfast is pretty good. Nice swimming pool. Personnel are helpful and friendly. There was couple of nice restaurants (Oscar's and Rhodos Palace) next to Playa de Puerto Rico (10-15 min walk).

The main bed in the bedroom was quite nice, however, sleeping on the leather sofa in the living area was quite a sweaty experience (it was OK to get by, though).

Perfect sea view

Perched on a hillside with a sea view Well-equipped accommodation Spotlessly clean Quiet (our apartment was up the hill away from the pool) Bar/shop/restaurant on site

Greeted somewhat brusquely on arrival at 2100 at the buffet restaurant when it says it serves until 2130 It is a good walk or a hike up a steep hill if you want shops/bars/restaurants outside the complex, but that’s a price worth enduring for the view

I thought I just booked a room with a kitchen and a swimming pool but this accommodation surpassed all of my expectations. The food was so good that I hadn’t cooked at all. I have severe food sensitivities and they paid attention to all of them. Every evening there’s live music 🎵. The view to the ocean is breathtaking and the fact that there’s a supermarket IN THE HOTEL is just awesome. I will definitely return.

Once when I ordered a drink, the staff was mocking with us because we don’t drink alcohol. All other staff were super nice but this one occasion was quite annoying

Our apartament was clean and had everything you want to have if you are coming for a self catering holidays.We had booked a half board option but loved the fact that we could enjoy fully equiped kitchen as well.

The fact that there is not much to do for the kids. Also the evening buffet was lovely for us but our 7 yrs old didnt have much to eat there.I would say its a perfect place to stay for adults/ couples:)

Superb

We had very big and nice apartments with the nice terrace where you can see the ocean. The apartments were well equipped. Beds comfortable. Hotel crew is really friendly and willing to help. Hotel is in good location, you can take a walk to Playa de Amadores or to Puerto Rico and it will take only 10 minutes. The good thing is that the hotel is not on the hill, so you do not need to climb so much and there are plenty of car parking space near the hotel.

Hotel organise some events in the evening, for example bingo or karaoke. So you can hear them well from your terrace, but it was not a problem for us.

Location is good and staff were friendly. The views are amazing!

Sun loungers taken up with towels from very early so difficult for people coming down later in the morning as beds were unavailable. The pillows in the apartment were not very comfortable.

Overall, very good generally.

The property itself is conveniently situated half way between Puerto Rico and Amadores. Our accommodation (611) was clean and spacious with a front facing sea view. A lift provides access to the elevated levels which climb the cliff face. Restaurant, Bar and Pool Areas very clean and tidy and manned by relentlessly hard working yet cheerful Staff / Management. Happy Hour each day 5 - 6pm allows for “2 for 1” on local drinks.

A number of mosaic tiles were missing from the floor of the swimming pool and they require to be replaced / repaired as soon as possible. Likewise a number of sun loungers require updating and replacement.
