Séjour parfait

La vue est exceptionnelle et comme sur les photos, la chambre est très fonctionnelle

La difficulté à trouver une place aux alentours de l'hôtel alors qu'il est indiqué sur leur description qu'il possède un parking privé

Upeat merinäköalat omalta terassilta, useita uima-altaita, viihdyttiin!

Erinomainen lokaatio korkealla rinteen päällä, josta upeat merinäkymät

Huoneissa ajan kulumaa ja tyynyt voisivat olla parempia. Lisäksi huoneistossa ei ollut kuin kattotuuletin, ei lainkaan siis AC:ta. Päivisin huoneeseen tuli todella kuuma.

Lovely Stay, really enjoyed our week there

Lovely Hotel and Pool area. . balconys are big. great selection of breakfast. staff lovely.

no air con in the rooms made for a very stuffy and heated room especially at night, struggled to sleep. based at the top of the hill so would need to get taxi up and down in the evening only about €4

The staff are all amazing, everywhere was clean, pools were all great and clean. Plenty of loungers every day. Help yourself drinks variety was great. Amazing views.

The rooms were so warm, their are ceiling fans but this didn't help to cool the room. If the lifts are broken it's very difficult to get about if yih have any mobility issues. The beer on self serve wasn't cold enough. Food was miss labeled and could cause issues, items labeled as chicken were clearly pork or beef.

Location,views great,lovely terrace

Not prepared for self catering people,either waiting 20 minutes for service,don't have change for cash,card machine not working and follow you around checking you paid because you don't have band's,stayed in altamar self catering many times,sadly disappointed this time

Fantastic location.. Better choices possible

Great views from hotel rooms.. Probably better options available for similar price

Drinking water not provided No daily cleaning of room Difficult to find hotel in first attempt Very very limited parking Sofa bed is just a sofa not bed for kids.. Its non functional Normal Beds also not comfortable

lovely and quiet hotel with friendly staff, comfortable apartments and beautiful views from the generous balconies.

the high location with a sweeping view of the valley below and the sea beyond makes this hotel very special.

breakfast could have been, eg 30 mins to an hour longer

Great view, great value, really happy to stay here

fantastic view from the "D-152" apartment. Big/large terrace. Great staff (cleaning and reception) Ventilator in the ceiling in both bedroom and living room. Great value at fair price.

a few small cockroaches in the bathroom, but we got them out. You can expect this in many hotels in GC. construction site noise from opposite the hotel (hardly their fault or anything they can do about that) The music from the entertainment area in the evenings could be just a little bit lower for our taste.

Lovely holiday

We loved the room, comfy with a huge balcony. The view is lovely. The staff was nice, especially the cleaning lady we met and the gentleman who fixed the lamp cover that broke while we were out, the receptionist who recommended restaurants. The restaurant of the hotel and the staff there was nice too, and we happened to witness live entertainment too. Oh, and the cats around are cute as well.

Parking was uncomfortable as you always had to ask for the key on reception, go back to the parking area unlock the chain, park or unpark and get the key back to reception. Also getting to our room was a bit uncomfy too - had to walk all the way to the end, take the lift down and walk halfway back to where our room was. The lift was usually quite busy.

Loud & obnoxious entertainment spoils perfect hotel

Location, rooms, staff, views, facilities.

Extremely loud night-time entertainment that ruins the atmosphere of a amazing location. Having scooter playing at full volume and a presenter talking about people being "off there tits" wasn't really the best. Took what would of been a 9/10 stay to a 6/10 stay
