The location is great, walking distance to beach and shopping malls and it’s quiet around the area where apartments are which was nice. Staff are lovely. Air conditioning cools the whole apartment. Always beds available by the pool. The late check out option is so helpful, especially if you have a late flight.
Apartment was clean and outside areas are very clean, the only issue is the floors in our apartment were never hoovered or mopped in the 7 days we were there.

*Astroturf gets very hot, to the point you need footwear.
*Sunbeds need renewing with better quality ones

Great location and while it’s not massive it has a decent pool that’s not busy 2 hot tubs and a beach and town 15 mins away so everything you need. Housekeeping were lovely and they did a little birthday card for my birthday that was sweet of them.
The rules I come on holiday to relax not have a rule book. Young man on breakfast was terrible service however the lady through the rest of the week was amazing!

Seawiew on a god balcony with two chairs, a tabel and two sunbeds, but these we did not use, because the sunshine came first on the balcony at 4 o’clock in the afternoon🤔
I booked and payed for a 4* hotel, but got a 3* hotel! I told the reseption, before we used the room, but they told me that I had booked an appartment and therefore we were placed in Yaizasol by Servatur, which is 3* hotel nabourhotel to IG Nachosol Atlantic. Nothing at Booking.com said anything about two hotels and only 4* hotel☹️.
There was a god balcony with two sunbeds, but there was no sunshine before 4 o’clock in the afternoon🤔
On the roof, there were sunshine at midday, and we had 55 steps up there and 55 steps down to our room again. Good exercice🤔
