Everyone on the staff is exceptionally kind and professional. The hotel is impeccably clean, the food is delicious, and the views of the Atlantic Ocean are absolutely magnificent.

Pool was fab, breakfast was very good. Such a relaxing stay
Was just slightly far away from everything. Pool beds were taken up my towels when people werent even using them, this is the main reason I booked the hotel, slightly disappointing but a fab stay

The hotel has fabulous views the pool areas were superb. The reception staff were unhelpful, not knowledgeable of the area, didn't provide any information in how to get around, where to go for food or drinks. Some staff were quite rude. All our information was sourced from meeting other holidaymakers. The main pool area was lovely but continually disrupted with extremely loud and over the top "entertainment " fine if you wanted to participate but if not you had no choice as it took over the entire area. The upstairs pool area was spectacular but the bar was extremely poor and staff slow to serve. Drinks provided were substandard for the price and there were no snacks to purchase. For the cost of the hotel stay it was overall poor. The bar closed early but this is the bar that should have stayed open with some music, where they should capitalise on the breathtaking views and of the sunset. Food was ok but not worth the money. Evening entertainment was shockingly bad most nights and very loud it could be heard from the bedroom to the early hours. The room itself is very outdated, very small fridge that was badly located in the room. Tea and coffee facilities again poorly located and very basic for the price. TV didn't work properly. We paid extra for a Seaview, the room could have been better, we had a corner view of the sea. The rooms were not cleaned properly. We found bundles of blonde hair in our room, my husband is bald and I have black hair!! We waited 25min for a taxi one evening, we enquired several times but we're still toldvyiu should have told us after 5 minutes, we explained that we did. No apology was given. When we were checking out we were presented with a bill that had a charge of 50e, when we explained and provided evidence that we had in fact paid that bill, we were made to feel that we were lying, we were questioned several times whilst our taxi to the airport was waiting on the meter.
