Staff were great always willing to help, our apartment was cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided, the woman cleaning couldn’t be any nicer lovely people, pool was kept clean saw the cleaner every morning cleaning it, apartment itself was spacious had everything you might night extra pillows, wardrobe, safe etc…
The only complaint was on our last night the glass cover of one of the lights fell out and shattered all over the bathroom floor but this was no fault of anyone and the staff member at checkout apologised for the inconvenience.
I would also be aware that it is quite noisy in the mornings once the cleaners start coming around but your on holidays so get up and go see the island anyways😎☀️

The lady on reception was really helpful
The Aircon is too far away from the bedrooms so they're too warm for my taste

It was a fine: good beds, friendly staff, but unfortunately the place wasn't a good fit for us, personally.
Both our neighbours were chain smokers, so we couldn't open our patio door without being greeted by constant smoke, we hated it. We asked to move, and the staff was nice offering us alternative solutions. Our second try was better, but next to the bar, so there was always music playing, not too loud but always on until close to midnight. And the drains could be quite smelly. I think a fan would be a fantastic addition to eliminate some noise while getting some airflow.
