Tranquility no loud music and my room upgrade. I love the sound of the ocean and I could sit and enjoy the beauty of the coast line from my balcony. Food variety great and staff pleasant and respectful.

A wonderful place for families with children, with excellent food and breathtaking ocean views.
What I didn’t like was the limited access to drinking water, the fact that sunbeds were often unavailable because many guests reserved them with towels for hours without actually using them, and that adults without children were allowed to use the children’s pool area, making it harder for families to enjoy it.

Brunch at sea breeze was poor selection and often cold, waiters/waitresses rude and unhelpful in main restaurant. Quieter trolleys needed to move around towels and linens as this woke us up on a few mornings. More Sun beds and stop people reserving, an adults pool would be good also considering both pools were full of kids and kids pools empty.

Beautiful views of the ocean and local view.
Majority of clients are +70 age with 6 very small lifts for over 700 rooms. Because of the age of the hotel - these lifts were often broken meaning we often waited over 8 minutes for a lift. There are 8 floors.... so for meal times you can wait more than 10 minutes for lift.
