We had a lovely stay at Serenity and really enjoyed our time there. We stayed on the second floor. The view from the bedroom was beautiful, and the room itself was comfortable and nicely presented. Our child also really enjoyed the stay, especially the pool, and it was great to have somewhere that felt both relaxing for us and enjoyable for the whole family.
The pool was another highlight. It was lovely and warm, the water felt wonderfully soft, and the pool area was exceptionally clean, including the loungers and surrounding areas.
The peace and quiet was one of the highlights; it was such a relaxing place to stay and a great opportunity to switch off and unwind.
A special mention must go to Alejandro, Anastasia and Benjamin, who were incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Their service really added to the experience.
We also wanted to add that any questions, queries or needs were met with kindness and a swift response, which we found particularly helpful. All staff were friendly, genuinely helpful and always happy to assist. It’s clear they care about their environment and take great pride in maintaining it, from replacing plants to ensuring the whole place is kept clean, tidy and well looked after.
The cleaning staff were also very friendly and did an excellent, thorough job of keeping our suite clean and tidy.
The shop onsite was really good and included top quality brands. They bake fresh bagguettes for you if they run out.
We would recommend a car and there are ample parking spaces inside ground level or at the top with the elevator. Walking to the nearest SPAR supermarket is 15 mins in the heat! Taxis can get busy with long wait times.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Serenity. The peace and quiet, beautiful views, excellent cleanliness, lovely pool and, most importantly, the friendly and helpful staff made it a very enjoyable experience for all of us. We would happily return and highly recommend Serenity.
It would be helpful to have a few more kitchen utensils for cooking, such as wooden spoons, a spatula, or a large metal cooking spoon. We needed to cook due to allergies, and although the pots and pans provided were good quality and the right sizes, there weren’t enough utensils. We bought our own, which is why it worked, but having a few more available would make things easier for future guests.

Amazing! We loved our time at Serenity Amadores overlooking our favourite beach. We had a top floor apartment with a large terrace. Everything you could want/need is included. Spotlessly clean, towels and bedding is changed regularly. Everything provided is of a really good standard.
That I had to leave after a week and return home!
