The building and the ambience!
The restaurants- both of them - were closed on Sunday evening when we arrived . It is supposed to be a resort so food should be available. We decided to have some bar snacks from the menu as advised by the stuff. Nobody mentioned to us - we were served by 2 different waiters- that from the bar snacks the chips were missing as the kitchen was closed . They served us the toasties without the chips and we were charged the full price . The worse part was that my child was supposed to eat only chips so when we realised that they were no chips we had a big problem as we had already drunk the drinks and we were unable to drive to go and get some food 😬The stuff was not helpful at all and ignored our complaints .We were told to order food with our uber eats.
