Staff is very friendly and met us at the car to take our bags up to our room. Check in was smooth, less than 5 mins. We were placed right to the elevators which was the best and easily accessible with our luggage. Everything is crisp and clean, the hotel has a fresh smell, and a warm welcome feel. The bedroom was suitable enough for two, amazing view of Melrose and very clean! We had a very comfortable stay. We will definitely be booking in the future again! Thank you so much.

The hotel was fabulous and great. No problem at all.
The breakfast was HORRID! The food was old and stale, waiters ignored me as I got there and set no table outside. I can live with that. But I can’t live with the food quality - the cold meats were GREY! The flapjacks and banana bread was like card board. Ask them to check, they never replaced it. I left after 3 crackers with cheese 🤢🤢🤢🤢
