Personnel accueillant et disponible, petit-déjeuner fait maison et copieux, un peu long à servir et il manque de place
Parking à 30 mètres de l'hôtel
Nous avions réservé une chambre double standard nommée "Itzimna" elle était vétuste et austère, le sol brut et peint, pas d'armoire pour ranger nos affaires. Elle ressemblait plus à un local à balais
Linge de lit et linge de toilettes usés et trouées, décoration minimaliste et à revoir complètement
Douche vieillotte avec un aspect en manque de propreté surtout au niveau du sol
Comme il y a un peu de verdure dans la terrasse et une piscine naturelle (qui se trouve à côté des poubelles), vous êtes envahi de moustiques qui vous piquent toute la nuit.
Pas de frigo dans la chambre, un seul frigo pour tout l'hôtel dans la terrasse.
L'hôtel se trouve dans un quartier très populaire
Il faut compter 10 min à pied pour rejoindre la place principale
Bien que la chambre ait déjà été payée, nous avons hésité à partir dès le premier soir, mais plus de place dans les hôtels avoisinants.

Great location , several blocks from the historic centre . Beautiful restored building , including some old original floor tiles. High ceilings, excellent trees/flowers/vines/ soaker tub/pool.
Quality breakfast ( fruit, very tasty omelette, coffee) .
Private offstreet parking for our rental car just up C 62.
Excellent check-in by Valerie. Wonderful spacious room and rain shower. Very nice staff . Easy 24 hr access - someone always on duty by ringing the doorbell.
Apart from the fact that we had to fly back to snowy Canada , I can't think of a thing !

Accueil froid en anglais beaucoup trop rapide pour une bonne compréhension.Chambre petite et très sombre ; climatisation inutilisable car inréglable.
Restaurant sur-place de mauvaise qualité (frites trop cuites à l’extérieur et crues à l’intérieur !…).

el desayuno fue lo mejor del lugar, aunque es cercano a centro, el rumbo no es agradable y esta muy sucio.
la habitación triple, tiene una cama y la segunda es una cama tipo cajón, afortunadamente viajaba con un muchacho pero no es cómodo, dormirte en una cama-canon a ras de suelo. La habitación muy ruidosa, pues da hacia la calle en la que pasan muchos camiones viejos y transporte todo el día y noche, no se podía descansar y la terraza de la habitación daba a la calle que tenia este inconveniente del humo y ruido.

Le non professionnalisme du personnel ,
Malheureusement, un client a abîmé notre voiture de location dans le parking.
J'ai demandé à l'hôtel de contacter l'entreprise en charge de la surveillance vidéo. Après un mail se déchargeant de toute responsabilité, ils ne m'ont plus donné aucune nouvelle contrairement à ce qu'ils m'avaient promis au départ.
Breph, je pense qu'ils n'en avaient rien à faire... Sachez donc que le parking n'est pas surveillé, et qu'ils ne se sentiront pas responsable si quelque chose arrive... il est constamment ouvert sur la rue... donc niveau sécurité, c'est pas génial non plus.
Dommage, pour le reste, le service client était bon.

L’accueil avec un kombucha de « bienvenu » qui était délicieux, la nourriture et le lieu lui-même… un vrai petit havre de paix.
Restaurant et bar sans alcools (tout est misé sur la kombuncha et la nourriture végétarienne/vegan)… ils acceptent tout de même qu’on achète de la bière à côté pour la consommer à leur table.

- la wifi à l’étage est très faible (le répéteur ne fonctionne pas) et saute à chaque fois. Nous avons dû utiliser notre 4G!
- la salle pour le petit-déjeuner n’est pas très intimiste
- le service du petit-déjeuner est très long et si on ne réclame pas certains éléments ils ne nous sont pas apportés (jus, dessert…)
- la salle de bain sentait les égouts et l’odeur se répandait parfois dans la chambre

El desayuno del hotel es espectacular, tienes muchas opciones y todas estaban muy buenas. Las instalaciones son muy lindas y su ambientación también. La pieza tiene un buen tamaño.
Si bien la ubicación es cercana al centro (plaza principal) la calle en la que está ubicada no es muy buena, es una calle comercial local, sucia.

Prime location just a few minutes away from the main square. Parking next door included in the price. The boutique hotel is extremely nice and room comfortable. The staff was outstanding and super friendly. Restaurant, pool and a hotel balcony to hang out are available. We stayed just one night but would come back for sure.
Everything was fine. We checked out early in the morning and could not enjoy the breakfast (which for sure would have been amazing). We were offered take-away in the evening but in the morning staff was not aware and we had to leave without. Anyways this would have been just a plus and other hotels do not offer that service at all.

Nos gustó mucho la decoración de las habitaciones y el desayuno, muy completo y muy rico. El personal, pues siempre simpático y excelente en el servicio. Igualmente, nos encantó la opción del parking a dos minutos andando.
Se encuentra ligeramente alejado de las zonas más turísticas de la ciudad.

beautiful space, very tranquil! an escape in a very -feeling chaotic city. staff was incredibly nice. vegetarian restaurant attached was delicious. nice decor. thoughtful about the environment. healthy welcome juices and delicious breakfast!
although it’s quite close to the main square, it’s in the opposite direction of everything else in the town we wanted to see, so was a bit of trek. we found Mérida extremely busy (packed sidewalks with people and tons of traffic) so it wasn’t a nice place to walk around.

Muito bem localizado. Otima suite com todo o necessário. Hotel charmoso. Precisei fazer um check in na madrugada e o senhor que nos aguardou foi muito gentil, prestativo e caloroso. Nota 1000 para ele. Café da manhã ótimo para padrões mexicanos com um otimo atendimento da atendente. Certamente teria ficado mais dias mas o hotel estava cheio.

You could not ask for more: The room was big with a nice fridge, the parking next door, you could sit outside the room in a nice area, the breakfast was the best we had in Mexico and the little restaurant offered a healthy alternative to the tipical mexican food. To top everything else you could ask for a "pre breakfast coffee" if you woke early.

Staying here was like stepping into the past. Loved all the small details. The zen type of faucet for the sink was calming. The floors were so clean that it felt like stepping over a velvet mat. The courtesy breakfast was very good. The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. Thank you.

Just a few suggestions…It would have been nice to have had refills of coffee or an additional drink included within the breakfast.
Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been great as well.
