Great location, nice reception staff, beautiful and clean pool, comfortable room with high ceilings and fans, lots of activities like yoga and cenotes tour! Nice kitchen and access to cold purified water.
The shower had warm water, but very low pressure.

The room was very nice with a super comfortable bed. The AC was not so strong but worked good enough.
The pool is nice, big and refreshing.
Some of the staff members tried to organize social gatherings.
The location is good and central.
The common area seems quite worn-out.
The kitchen is very poorly equipped.
In general there are several activities planned (like taco night, salsa, yoga). Unfortunately often they only communicated these on a very short notice, also those rather felt like "they had to organize it" and it didn't really feel genuine

Room and bed were big and comfortable. Bathroom had a decent shower. The pool and bar area were nice to hang around.
We realised on our second morning that there were bed bugs. Initially one of the staff tried to say it was our fault because we should have reported it on the first morning (we initially thought it was a mosquito issue) and implied we could have brought them in from elsewhere (nope!). They refused to give us a refund but we were given a voucher for one night’s stay in another Che hostel. They also did our laundry for free. We were offered a different room but didn’t feel comfortable so we moved hotels.
