Excellent location right in the historical center of the city. Property is clean and maintained, beautiful pool and landscaping. Air conditioning and internet work very well. Cleaning staff was friendly and helpful! The pool was a wonderful bonus. Met some very pleasant fellow guests here.
Front desk personnel treated us with general indifference throughout the stay and was not sure if we had a reservation at the moment of check-in. We were asked to change rooms in the midst of the reservation. Our original request for a room on the upper floors was not upheld at the time of check in. Hot water was intermittent and only present about 40% of the time.
