Spartan, clean, private, very comfortable. Good cooking facilites. Ate two meals a day in house which saved. Plenty of room for 3 people. Hot shower, nice induction cooktop. Walking distance to downtown, great bus links close.
Little confusion at checkin. Key was wrong key in lockbox. Called number on reservation. Easily remedied as manager was close by.

A very cosy garden cottage in a surprisingly quiet street very near to busy and lively downtown streets. In the kitchen, there's everything you need for cooking. The bedroom is comfortable and has extra blankets. The place has good vibes. We stayed there after a week of hiking and camping and it was a great place for resting and relaxing. Definitely recommended!

The location of the garden cottage was perfect! The accommodation far exceeded our expectations, with a real homely feel to it & not just a holiday rental. The host was in regular contact to make sure we had everything we needed & if additional cleaning was required.
A detailed email was received in advance of our arrival instructing us on how to locate key, operate heating & even tips in relation to the hot water in Iceland. I can highly recommend this property, and when I get the chance to return to Reykjavik, this is where I intend to stay.

Great location.
Cosy flat with good heating and hot water.
Overall kitchen was well equipped.
The service company was uncooperative when issues were raised on numerous occasions. Cleaning and service teams were not provided despite an email stating they would come.
No towels were provided per the welcoming e mail.
No instructions were provided for the use of kettle microwave and sofa bed when requested.
Bed sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases were not provided when requested.
Duvets and pillows were unclean and worn.
