Located in Kalbarri, this attractive condo for $94 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Our properties are not serviced please bring your own toilet paper and consumables, thank you. Please call us if your dates cross over between low and high season for the correct rates. 3 Night Minimum in Low Season 7 Night Minimum in High Season **Subject to availability** 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 storey townhouse (2 x queen beds and 2 x single beds). Reverse cycle air con upstairs and box air con downstairs. TV and DVD player plus CD/radio. Microwave, oven/stove and fridge/freezer in kitchen. Washing machine, iron and ironing board. High chair and portable cot available. BBQ and outdoor furniture on patio in back secure rear yard, fully fenced. 2 bedrooms upstairs, one on mezzanine level with access to small balcony with views of the river. This Unit Has Stairs. PLEASE NOTE: 1. If you are having difficulty booking the dates you require or the price generated seems incorrect please call Kalbarri Accommodation Service and one of our reservation consultants will be happy to assist you. 2. Linen and towels ARE provided at this property. Please bring your own beach towels. 3. Pet Friendly, but STRICTLY no pets inside $50 fee applies(Max 2 dogs). 4. ALL our properties are fully self contained. 5. NONE of our properties are serviced. 6. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA in town. 7. NO smoking inside our properties. 8. No Schoolies Accepted Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins. Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground. Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good spot in town had everything you could need only thing we thought it needed is another aircon in the down stairs bedroom. Car park is also abit tight.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were lucky enough to be able to rent No4 Villa. We had read the Reviews on the property. Being OCD I am really fussy. We were so pleased with the Villa. Very clean, beautifully appointed with very decent furniturebto make our holiday even more enjoyable. Lots of love had gone into this property. Beautiful fenced backyard with BBQ etc It was EXCELLENT! And we will hopefully be able to rent it again. The Property Manager we dealt with was fantastic and very helpful as well!

We had a great holiday in a great place Accommodation was excellent We we’ll definitely be back. Just a tip remember to give you kitchen knives a good sharpen as it’s a bit hard to fillet fish with blunt knives 👍🏽.. we usually bring our own but I forgot 😊

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: it was just OK.
unfortunately the Property had NOT been cleaned prior to our arrival. The Ray White on duty Manager was very helpful and organised after hours cleaners who arrived promptly and did a good job cleaning the property.
On the 2nd night (Sun 12/9) a person arrived and let them self in to the property to our horror. He had been told by the property owner on Sat 11/9 that the property was currently vacant and to just let himself in and make himself at home. he used the key box outside the property to get the keys to access. he didnt even bother to knock before he let himself in. All in all, what with the 'dirty property on arrival and the unwanted entry a less than pleasant experience.

Good facilities well kept. Crockery and cutlery could do with updating. Although close to the waterfront it is behind other houses and there is little view. Compact parking takes just one car although extra Street parking is close by.

We were 6 retired people on a five night stay. We found Tropical Hideaway to be just what we wanted and expected. The villa was conveniently situated, very clean and well equipped. Very good value for money. We are all keen to return one day.
