Located in Kalbarri, this lovely house for $87 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Please call us if your dates cross over between low and high season for the correct rates. **STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED** 3 Night Minimum in Low Season 7 Night Minimum in High Season Cole Cottage is a wonderful older little house with a lot of family history & the same oringinal family that built it still running it. The cottage is well maintained and updated regularly. This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cosy cottage has 1 x queen bed in main room, 1 x bunk bed in second room and 2 x single beds in third room. Reverse cycle air con in living area and small box air con in main bedroom, extra pedestal fans available as well. Microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove and fridge/freezer in well stocked kitchen. TV and DVD player plus Ipod dock/stereo in lounge and combined dining area. Bathroom, Laundry has a Washing machine, iron and ironing board and separate toilet. Enjoy the BBQ, Relax and watch the sunset over the river from front verandah with river and some ocean views. Lawns surround the house, and this property is walking distance to river. Plenty of parking. Enclosed backyard with fish cleaning table as well. This neat and tidy little cottage has all you need for a relaxing holiday. BYO LINEN. All beds have mattress protectors, pillows and doonas on them. You will need to bring sheets, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Our properties are not serviced please bring your own toilet paper and consumables, thank you. PLEASE NOTE: 1. If you are having difficulty booking the dates you require or the price generated seems incorrect please call Kalbarri Accommodation Service and one of our reservation consultants will be happy to assist you. 2. Linen & towels ARE NOT provided at this property. We do have a linen hire service for your convenience. 3. Strictly NO pet property. 4. ALL our properties are fully self contained. 5. NONE of our properties are serviced. 6. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA in town. 7. NO smoking inside our properties. 8. No Schoolies Accepted Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins. Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground. Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkelling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours. Kalbarri has: - bakeries, butcher, IGA, three fuel stations, post office, tavern, pub, bottle shops, restaurants, fashion boutiques, surf shops, chemist, bank agencies, coffee shops, hairdresser, beauty salon, fish & chip shops, sports oval, skate park and much more.

1st time in Kalbarri with family staying at other accommodation and spending Christmas together Lovely Cottage very homely for a small family Wasn’t ideal for my family as I have a disable son but we had the privilege to seek help from the Community centre for equipment Close and easy access to the beach walking distance, walking distance to IGA and other facilities Ray white was very helpful In the end lovely to stay and would stay again if their is easy access for my son Thankyou

This would be the eighth time, the Manning’s have stayed at Cole Cottage and we love it to bits, we have so many fond memories there. Great location with no through traffic and a priceless view to the river mouth. What more could you ask for? An easy to manage household that can accommodate an extended family holiday means a relaxing break for everyone. Walking distance to IGA, cafes, beach and the BAKERY. Every time we come, the owners have upgraded something so it’s a game to guess what it might be. As a family we were concerned that Cole cottage may not have survived Seroja and we were so pleased to see that it did... with damaged fencing? We love this place and have booked again for next year. Only improvements we can suggest would be a couple of cutting boards, sharper knives and a new plug for the kitchen sink

We were 5 adults on a boys trip to Kalbarri. The accommodation is basic, but better than the photos give it credit for. Sitting on the deck after a day on the Murchison was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Great homely feel about Cole Cottage, plenty of room, well equipped for self catering holiday providing comfortable bedrooms and entertaining areas.The only downside was no Wifi coverage, easily overcome with Hotspot.The only other complaint was the BBQ although the plates were clean, no one had cleaned the overflow fat and we had a fat fire when we lit it. Let it burn out, cleaned it out properly the next day and we were back in business.Highly recommended for family up to six people, a lot cheaper than hotel accommodation.

We stayed at Coles Cottage for 4 nights at the end of August, 2021. Our group included my husband and myself, my sone and his wife and their two little ones (aged 5 and just 4 months). The place was very clean and we were delighted by all the extra kitchen equipment, that we didn't expect. It was a short walk to the beach and shopping and had a fenced off back yard (with a big clothes line). All in all we were very happy with the place and would definitely stay there again.
