Nestled in West Bay, this lovely villa for $605 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Nightly pricing is based on 4 guests. Additional guests are $50 per person per night. Are you looking to get away from it all? Relax away all of your worries and stress in our private and luxurious Villa! Enjoy the breathtaking Caribbean ocean views from every room and don't forget to bring your bathing suit for basking in the sun and taking a dip in the Infinity edge pool on the upper roof deck. Don't worry about arguing over the largest bedroom with the best view - each and every bedroom has ocean views, a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Three of the large master suites are on the main floor and the fourth master suite is accessed from the ground floor. All the bedrooms are well appointed with a King size mattress and lush sheets, comforters, pillows and towels. Every ensuite is luxurious, with his and her sinks, outdoor showers with oversized rainheads and private water closets. Each bedroom even has large sliding doors leading to your own private deck - perfect for a quiet morning coffee or evening cocktails! ** Please Note: The fourth master suite is a private, self-contained suite with a King bed, Open Wardrobe Area, Ensuite with his and her sinks, an indoor shower with rainhead, a private water closet and a balcony. The upper floor is entertainment central, with ample indoor and outdoor space. A complete gourmet kitchen that includes: - a 6 burner stainless steel gas range - french door refrigerator - beverage fridge and bar area - dishwasher - an island fit for a queen (or king)! This fully stocked space includes all the amenities with the highest quality cookware, utensils, flatware, glasses and place settings. If you decide to eat in and enjoy grilling, you will appreciate cooking on the Weber grill just outside the double sliding doors. The cozy living room is perfect for a rainy day or evening watching Netflix! There are both indoor and outdoor dining spaces - just in case the weather isn't cooperating - with seating for 8 at both tables. This might be our favorite space in the whole house - the deck! Outside the double doors is the covered dining table and BBQ area, which leads to the outdoor living and lounging area, and the best part - the infinity edge pool overlooking West Bay Beach! You have the option to sip cocktails on the deck while watching the passing cruise ships to the south, or enjoy the pool and reef view to the north. Our group of four had an amazing stay at Villa Topaz. This beautiful property full of natural light, magnificent views and colorful art is a comfortable and convenient base for all of the island's West Bay and West End activities. It is well stocked with everything you need and no detail has been overlooked. We appreciated the comfortable beds, quality bedding, sheets, towels and fully equipped kitchen. Paul and Chantalle are first class hosts and go out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. They helped us to arrange fishing and diving trips and recommended amazing restaurants and provided plenty of helpful advice to help us navigate the island. Stay here! You will not be disappointed!

This is a must stay, location, location, location! Views of both sides of the island and a short walk down to excellent restaurants and beaches. The home is a work of art created by Chantelle and Paul. It was a diving trip that we will never forget. Excellent stay, exceptional hosts.

Villa Topaz exceeds pictures, descriptions and testimonials. The location is perfect- close to beach, with great views that preserve privacy; the layout and amenities are first class, showing a designer's touch and a builder's attention to detail... Our family stayed in this property for five nights and we can’t imagine a better house. Chantalle and Paul were amazing and made sure we had everything we needed (including aloe for our sunburns). The house is beautiful and in a perfect location with just a short walk to the best beach on the island. The house provided everything you could possibly need and was very spacious for the six of us. The views of the ocean from the house are beautiful, the infinity pool was great after getting back from the beach, and we loved the outdoor showers. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else on the island and can’t wait to come back for another visit!

This was our 4th trip to Roatan and we have stayed in 4 different houses/locations in and around West Bay. Villa Topaz was the best house we have stayed at so far on the island. The house is gorgeous and impeccably decorated and stocked. The kitchen had everything you would ever need. The deck and pool area is where we spent most of our time, day or night, and even though it was very windy during our week, it was still the place to be! The views are incredible in every direction and the pictures on the website are accurate, but way better in person. Power can be variable on the island, but Villa Topaz switched to full generator power without a notice and we never had an issue the entire week. The owners, Paul and Chantalle are onsite and made us feel like we were staying with friends! They checked on us every morning to see if there was anything we needed. Chantalle was great to communicate with prior to our stay and was available for any and every need that we had during the week. While we are familiar with the island and the many things Roatan has to offer, Paul and Chantalle would be a great resource for any first time visitors. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Villa Topaz and only wish it could have been longer! We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend Villa Topaz to anyone looking to come to Roatan!
