Nestled in the scenic Lakeside Estates, this waterfront property offers a haven on a cove with a large, secure swimming area. Conveniently located, you'll have quick access to marinas, the famed Cedar Creek Road 'Jumping Bridge,' and various amenities, including grocery stores just minutes away. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a thoughtful welcome bag and breathtaking lake views. The 3,400-square-foot home is bathed in natural light and boasts a private 2-story dock with a slide, three lakefront decks, a fire pit, a private hot tub, and a gamers lounge. Accommodating up to 24 guests, the home ensures comfort and entertainment for all. Spend your days on the water with loved ones and your nights sharing stories by the firepit. PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS: * Serenity Now spans five levels with 8 bedrooms, accommodating up to 24 people, with an occupancy cap of 16 adults for maximum comfort. * The Main Level, easily accessible from the parking area, features a newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and hardwood flooring. A family room with a 65" TV, DVD player, the primary bedroom with a full bathroom, and a half bathroom are also on this level. The main deck offers a gas grill, griddle, and a bar top with seating for 6. * Up one level, discover two bedrooms with private vanities and a jack-&-jill bathroom. * Another level up features the loft-style bedroom and the 'Gamers Lounge' equipped with an Xbox gaming system, gaming chairs, and a twin-sized bunk bed. * The Lower Level includes a recreation room with a Smart TV, DVD player, foosball, two additional bedrooms, a laundry room, and a deck overlooking the lake. * The Retreat, a walkout level, provides a separate private space with 2 bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed and a shared bathroom. This property was amazing. The property manager was very thorough and easy to deal with and responded very quickly. The property was very well updated and stocked. The dock was amazing. This was one of the best houses we have stayed in at Norris Lake

Couches were broken down and uncomfortable both in the main room, and in the lower levels the majority of the beds are uncomfortable, because mattresses are also well used and you roll to the center of the bed. Had a problem with mice had to get our own traps to catch no response from Local property manager property had two refrigerators yet they did not have one turned on but a sign on it saying it takes 24 to 48 hours to get cold. That doesn’t help when you bring a large family there with food and are unable to put it in a cold refrigerator . The dock was very nice, unfortunately, along the steps, 91 from the dock to the main floor, which we understood before renting the community. Pool area is poorly maintained, and parking and access is extremely difficult. Never went to the pool it didn’t appear to be maintained never saw anyone in the pool during our entire stay, very limited parking at the house yet others houses along the road were blocking turn around you had no one from the property management staff made the move. They just allow them to block the area overall would not stay here again.

Great property! The owner and property manager were both very responsive to a few questions/concerns that we had. The beds were very comfy. Weeds around the steps/firepit were a bit overgrown and housed a smelly black & white critter that hisses at folks as you pass by but it didn't deter us from the amazing dock! In our opinion the best part of the whole place. So many wonderful memories made. We will be returning to Norris next yr!

Great Property!
We stayed at Serenity Now 6/18-6/25/2022. The home was very clean upon arrival, the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes/cookware/utensils (Keurig made me happy too :), ample sleeping space for our entire party! We were a little bit confused about the lower level bedrooms and how to access them, but we got that figured out in short order! Overall, great location on the lake - we had a great time and would stay again/recommend to friends! Thank you!

We had a really great time. The house is very nice. It does have a TON of stairs, in the house and to get to the lake. Some are very steep. The beds were all very hard and the 2nd floor king bedroom had a tv but isn’t connected to anything so you can’t watch it. In all we had a good time and the lake is beautiful!

Family vacation
Beautiful home, very clean and spacious. There were 13 of us and there was plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out. Owner was quick to reply to messages. Great experience.

We had an amazing time at Serenity Now. The house was well equipped and very spacious. Obviously, the superstar feature is the lake and location. Warm, beautiful water, the slide, the dock, it was simply perfect. Highly recommend vacationing at Norris Lake and Serenity Now was a perfect home base. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Our family enjoyed the location but be aware it is called ‘Party Cove’ by the locals. The cove was a high traffic area and some of the neighbors can be loud partying and shooting off fireworks, but the house is great because we (especially the sleeping baby/kids) couldn’t hear anything inside.
The rental is showing wear and tear. There were cobwebs, moldy shower curtains, stained/torn towels, toilet paper holders falling off the wall, the foosball table was broken, most the games had missing the pieces, and the Xbox in the loft didn’t have any games. The loft and 2nd floor stayed very hot during the visit while the basement was freezing and needed extra blankets. Individuals who stay in the bunk bedroom upstairs should be aware there are no closet or dresser to unpack clothes.
We did enjoy having two refrigerators to keep ice and food. The Blackstone grill was amazing! We frequently cooked breakfast and dinner outside. We also enjoyed trash pickup was done frequently.
The double decker dock was a huge hit with kids. They enjoyed jumping and sliding. One thing to consider is the top dock and pool do not offer any shaded areas, so you may consider bringing some umbrellas to get a break from the sun.
We reported two issues during our stay. The lock from the lake into the house stopped working. The different code provided didn’t work and no one showed up to fix it. The second issue was the fire alarms going off throughout the house. The fire alarm in the basement appeared to be the issue due to a leak in the ceiling. We disconnected the detector to stop the alarms and reported it, but again no one showed up to make any repairs while we were there.

The dock was awesome with both sun and shade areas. We spent a lot of time floating in the water by our dock. The area has a nice, friendly vibe with all the neighboring houses. We had a fantastic vacation. The only thing we would change is a few more bath towels.

We enjoyed our stay at Serenity Now. The house and dock were beautiful. I would agree with some previous reviews that the A/C is a problem, especially in the Retreat rooms. We kept the main room curtains closed all day and still struggled to get the house below 75 degrees- and it was 80 in the Retreat. We did have a good experience with Kim the property manager- she was helpful at the start of the week with a dishwasher issue. Thanks for an overall great week!

Overall it was an excellent place for the 15 of us to stay. The house was large enough that you didn't constantly feel on top of each other. The deck was our main hang out area and everyone loved the slide and jumping off the dock. The only area we wished was a little more conducive for people to all sit comfortably was the fire pit area.

Dock Rocks !
We had a great time at Serentiy Now -Norris Lake. The house is just as advertised and the dock is amazing. We enjoyed the slide and jumping off the top so much - kids did so many jumps! Lounging in the water was safe and clean. Our only recommendation for this home is a better air conditioning unit. It was very warm in most areas of the home. Thank you for letting us rent your house - we loved our stay and hope to return to Norris next year.

Great location + great weather
Kids had a blast at the dock everyday. Weather was perfect along with a very warm lake to relax in. Always have fun going by the jumping bridge everyday to see all the action. Would stay at this house again for sure. We had a small issue with one of the toilets not flushing and the problem was fixed within the hour. There was also a great packet from our hosts which was very helpful.
