We stayed here for one night and had a really great time. The room is in an apartment that hosts several rooms; it's modern, clean, and even though it's a bit small, it had everything we needed.
The location is unbeatable right in the middle of vibrant Via Toledo. It was so nice walking along the avenue in the evening, and it’s also an easy 15- 20 minute walk to the beautiful port. We truly enjoyed our stay!
Just a small thing to keep in mind: there are steps right before entering the room as well as inside by the entrance door, which requires extra caution so you don't trip.

It was superb room with view in a building in an amazing location, next to the city's heart, which also was greatly safe and clean.

The area was good for walking around and going to cafes and restaurants. The building was secure, and I felt safe as a solo female traveler.
Both women I encountered who worked there were unhelpful. Additionally, the door to the balcony wouldn't close from inside. I didn't mind too much, but this area is super busy and extremely loud, so if you are a light sleeper, you won't be able to sleep here. No amenities here. Very difficult to find because the photos in the listing are outdated and unhelpful.
