Staff were very helpful. Room was comfortable. Location was very good.
Elevator broke. Not the host’s responsibility, and they helped us with our luggage which as very nice.

I found the selection was strange for breakfast. We did have a croissant that was good, but I’m not sure the savoury thing we got I took one bite and it was horrible. The orange juice wasn’t real. They also offered hotdog and pizza and I don’t think that’s ideal for breakfast.
We were on the third floor and I believe there was about six sets of stairs. The elevator was difficult to figure out so we had to climb up 6 set of stairs with our suitcases. it was very exhausting in the heat because there was no air conditioning.

The location was very central to the port for our day trips to Capri, Amalfi Coast and Pompeii. It was also a very close walk to the Spanish Quarter.
