Excellent stay! The location is hard to beat, in the Spanish Quarter less than 30 seconds from Toledo metro station, while still being on a side street, so noise was never an issue. The host was also very friendly and helpful. I stayed in a single room more than adequate for one person. Super clean, spacious enough, and had everything : AC, TV, even a fridge… The bathroom was also fully equipped: hairvdryer, a bunch of blankets and bathbarticles. I had a small issue with the toilet pipe and the first day the toilet seat broke, but honestly these things can happen anywhere and it didn’t affect my stay at all.
My only remark would be for the bedding. The bed is quite narrow and may feel a bit small for a tall or larger person. There was only one pillow, and I would have preferred a duvet. That said, I’m pretty sure the host would have provided whatever I needed if I had asked; I simply didn’t I was out all day and came back late every evening exhausted.

Serena was so helpful. Her communication was excellent, before and during my stay, inspiring great confidence for a comfortable visit. The location of the property could not have been better. Everything you could need was nearby in this vibrant neighbourhood: the Metro, restaurants, shops, and many of the major tourist attractions. I loved it - and wish I'd stayed longer.
My only quibble was the very large pillow on the bed! Too hard for me to sleep on. 😄
