Room was fantastic so nice and quiet. The shower OMG 3x shower heads and a light show to go with it.
Security and rooma access is all pin number controlled. Right on via Toledo on the edge of the Spanish quarter and easy access via Toledo train station with elevator.. Great restaurants and for us girls a hairdresser, manicure or massage within a 2minute walk. Bonus, they include a shared coffee machine in the lobby.
Freezer did not work. Needs a chair for sitting and something to put my suitcase on so its not on the floor.

No Breakfast, but Macdonalds was around the corner...Location was excellent. Taxi ride costed 51 Euros as opposed to the expected 20 Euros. but the driver said that had he kept to the normal route , it would have taken much longer, maybe would end up paying the same... and he was a smooth talker and tried to sell us tours around the areas.
coffee machine wasn't working but Guiseppe sorted it out by night fall. No milk for the coffee, maybe they expect all guests to have black?
We were extended checkout for an extra hour, but were locked out, the the house keeper kindly let us in to get our belongings out
