The location is perfect for Fira.
The pool view is phenomenal.
Breakfast was great.
Service was impeccable.
The Staff was so friendly and on point with all requests.
Minor issue with hot water.

The property is in a fantastic location right in the heart of Fira.
The hotel is luxurious, and the room was beautiful with its own garden and private pool.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience at the hotel when a bottle of perfume and some toiletry items went missing from my room. The only people who had access to the room were myself and housekeeping.
The staff at the hotel did nothing about this.
Unfortunately this incident over shadowed our stay at the hotel which would have otherwise been positive.

What we loved most about this hotel was the exceptional hospitality. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. The outstanding service, delicious breakfast, beautiful atmosphere, and warm, friendly staff created an unforgettable experience. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return.

The building itself is special and nice, and the location is good.
1) Staff: no genuine kindness, just providing minimum effort. With reception I had little contact, but generaly the staff was not too active.
2) Breakfast: I don’t have a problem with a la carte breakfast, but if I eat I like to feel that I eat quality and healthy food. There were a lot a of pastry products, but missing healthy choices like yogurt, fresh seasonal fruit (the fruit salad was 70% apple), fresh green juices etc. Also, the scrambled eggs are served on big slices of bread, when asked without bread, portions are very small. They were constantly running our from pancakes which the kids wanted to take. Breakfast is also slow, generally I didn’t have a satisfactory feeling from that.
3) Swimming pool: it has an amazing location, however the number of sunbeds is very small and the opening hours are surreal.. they are only opening at 11am and closing time is at 6pm. The sun is super strong and you can start to enjoy the pool around 5pm so you have one hour and they they kick you out. At 5.30 they close your bill and they close the umbrella above your head at 5.45? 😳
4) Air-condition: the machine is extremely loud and strong, without quite mode so I couldn’t operate it in the night.
5) The hotel itself doesn’t really provide too much facility however you can enter Nikki Beach and get access to the sea and gym. Be aware that the hotel charges you for each direction 35 euro, so better renting a car.
