First, the location is right at the heart of Sparta, accessible for everything from coffee shops, restaurants to the museums and etc. We always stay here every time we visit Sparta. It has a small room but comfortable, it has a balcony where you can sit and have your coffee. We appreciate the electric kettle with coffee and tea available. Nice, clean and comfortable pillows and linens. Internet worked pretty good compared to the hotel Menelaion. Breakfast was good nothing to complain about. Staffs are approachable.
Just a small detail like the AC has a smell maybe filter needs to be changed, and made a little noise but it’s not that big problem at least we can adjust the temperature by ourselves compared to the other hotel.

Everything was good. Staff, room, view, facilities, breakfast, service.
There is a big free parking place which is not very far from the hotel but still you have to make some climbing to reach the hotel :)
Stairs to reach the hotel with baggages. But the hotel does not have anything to do this. The town is on the cliff/hills eventually

The receptionist and staff were unbelievably kind, so much so that we forgot our swimsuit and she shipped it to our next destination! Breakfast was absolutely incredible, and the view, jacuzzi, and room were perfect.

Is amazing! Anything we needed she went the extra mile to make us happy! Great location.
Our room smelled like sewage and they sprayed some kind of air freshener that was so strong, gave me a migraine. The pool is not an infinity pool, the cushions on the tanning beds were all stained and old, can’t watch the sunset from the hotel, the bed pillows were very uncomfortable. For €700 per night this hotel was not worth the price.
