It was our second time there after 4 years. It’s close to everything and has a natural look.
The access to the lagoon is a bit far and now has its own restaurant so we can’t bring our things anymore as you need to order from restaurant.

The rooms are clean. The location is good
The restaurant service. The waiters were always mad. The food was terrible. I stayed in this hotel 3 years ago.. and that’s why I booked again and the service this time was so bad at the restaurant. The waiter justified saying that there was no chef.. the poor options for selecting from the menu (when the breakfast is included is sad). The fruit was not fresh. The ingredients for the food are not adequate. The second day of the “terrible breakfast” the male waiter said that the owner was on vacation and took the chef. Believe me.. it is better not to offer breakfast included as the customer will feel disappointed

Don’t know is the pool have some algae. Its seem to be clean, but when you enter the walls and floor felt some slippery.

The location
The poor service at the restaurant. The breakfast included had poor taste and the service from the waiter, probably the worst. Bad attitude and he seemed always angry
