I booked last minute, literally 15min before getting there and even though I did, the staff was waiting for us. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are new, roomy and clean. Free breakfast was included with full service: waiters, coffee or tea, fresh fruit with yogurt and granola, toast, chilaquiles with eggs and beans, and even fresh pastries for dessert.
Honestly this has been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Lots of things starting with very short walk to the laggoon, all the personable and professional attention from Fernando, at the front desk. Very helpful, shared lots of information and recommendations to make our stay great. He is an asset to the hotel. Breakfast was very nice. Would stay at Aires again when we return.

The view
The hammocks on terrace were white with mold stains , stairs going to roof top dirt & and pool was stain and dirty garbage can in bathroom , grounds kept in the front only , it needs some cleaning and some decors upgrades
