Comfy beds, very helpful and friendly staff, nice choice of breakfasts, water refilled every day, very close to the water, very picturesque hotel with a pretty pool. The 4 cats that live there were very cute too.
The coffee and stirring sticks weren’t refilled whilst there, not sure if there is room service but that would’ve been good to know.

Property is new, just in front of a nice green park. Allan, the manager, was very helpful. He booked us last minute on a boat tour over the lagoon.
Some parts of the hotel are still under construction (like the restaurant), but it did not bother us.

The place looked much better in the photos. Unfortunately, the central air conditioning did not cool the room enough, and at night a lot of light came in through the windows, including light from the hallway, which made the room less comfortable for sleeping.
The included breakfast was also very disappointing and not good at all. The food at the restaurant on the property was extremely expensive for the quality, and unfortunately, we did not enjoy it.
Overall, the stay was okay, but I feel the price is much too high considering the actual condition, comfort, and quality of the food and services provided.
