It was very peaceful here, great view of the volcanoes and the staff were so kind!

Hotel Vista San Francisco offers very comfortable beds and a lovely small garden with lots of greenery, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly, although they spoke little to no English, which sometimes made communication difficult. The breakfast was quite basic, but sufficient for a short stay.
Basic breakfast, could be loud during weekend (our room was next to a rooftop)

Very quaint spot, adorable patio.
The mattress was a bit on the hard side but that’s his a personal preference. Everything else was great!

- Not service orientated staff, by doing the vulcano hike…I have to pay extra for letting the suitcase behind for just one night (I already stayed 2 nights)….why?
- Verrry noisy hotel…contantly ringing the door by guests for getting in….just give us a key :-/
- Breakfast, very simple
- by checkjng out, they first check the room…does not feel trusted on the way it went
