We loved this property! It was perfect for the two of us and our small dogs! The front patio was amazing - with the yard and the breeze coming From the water! It was also great having access to a very nice pool right on the property! And the convenience of a washer and dryer made it such and enjoyable stay! It was situated perfectly for a super short walk to the beach or fishing off the pier or grabbing a bite to eat! And the host was amazing and available if we needed her!

Excellent Property!

While the location is excellent and our stay was good, to our surprise we received multiple charges after the fact. If the owners needed a new outside patio rug, I suggest investing the dollars themselves instead of accusing the renters of anything beyond normal use. The patio furniture that needed “pressure washing” was a dirt speck smaller than a penny. This is very disappointing to receive numerous charges when the home was far from perfect upon checking in—including ants all over the place—that we handled on our own and did not raise any concern to VRBO.

This is our 2nd stay! We love this place. Cozy with such great outdoor living, views of the bay, moments from walking to the beach restaurants and grocery market. Our two littl Yorkie enjoy the fenced in front yard too!

Fantastic place!
We loved staying here for two weeks in November. We stayed one night inland due to the hurricane. However, returned the next morning and the property was completely cleaned up! A very short walk to the beach and beautiful sunsets and great walking distance to the local restaurants. The property manager was great to work with as well. We will definitely be back! The place is decorated beautifully and we truly enjoyed the covered patio and water views!

Do Not Pass on this adorable Pass A Grille Cottage!!
This was our first trip to Pass A Grille, was hoping for a great first experience and we got just that! This cottage had everything we needed for the perfect vacation and more! It was extremely clean and very well decorated with new furniture throughout. Attention to detail was evident as soon as we walked through the door and noticed the continuous flow of ceramic tile flooring, crown molding and custom privacy blinds. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. There is a gas grill on back patio area which was Great along with table and chairs. Bathroom has tub/shower combo, new sink, toilet, cabinet, mirror and ceramic tile surround. Also very clean. Bath towels were included. There is a shared pool with one other unit which was Wonderful! It was so nice to come back from the beach and jump in the pool. The ad states No Hot tub but it does still circulate water along with pool and the jets do work! Another added bonus! We used it a lot. Cottage rental come with beach chairs, umbrella and even beach towels. Cottage was a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach. One of our favorite things about this cottage was the partially enclosed front patio/porch! It was so nice and we used it so much. It has two sides and the front has pull down sun blinds for added privacy. New wicker, cushioned furniture which was very comfortable. Off the front porch area is a deck with table, chairs and umbrella. Great views of the Bay from the porch/deck. A washer/dryer is behind closet doors on porch which was a bonus! Property has its own private parking! Another Bonus! Walking distance to 8th Street, restaurants, shopping and more. Victoria is a Super Host! I can’t speak highly enough on her. Very quick to communicate. Check in / check out was a breeze. Look no further than this cottage when looking for a place to stay. We will definitely return to Pass A Grille and rent from Victoria again!

Better than last time
We enjoyed another week at this property. Everything was better and cleaner than our previous stay now that Victoria is managing it. Her quick responses and attention to detail is nothing short of professional. We look forward to our next stay.

Loved our stay!
We booked another stay in December and in March 2020 at this property. It feels very much like home with magnificent views of the water. Our dogs enjoyed being able to roam without a leash in the fenced in yard. The cherry on top was the lovely private pool.

Our favorite getaway!
This was our fourth visit to the little house on 11th Avenue in Pass-a-Grille, and once again, it was a great time. We enjoyed the pool, cooked out on the grill and spent lots of time on the comfy covered porch. Victoria was great to communicate with and the property was fully stocked as always. Kitchen with everything we needed, laundry to keep clothes and towels washed up, pool toys and beach chairs and a grassy fenced in yard for our dog to enjoy. Pretty close to perfect!

Nice outside with a covered porch, deck and umbrella. Only this week the weather was cool and so we stayed in or bundled up to walk on the beach or along the bay. Enjoyed it.

Will stay again in the future
I grew up in the area and Pass-A-Grille is my favorite beach. Perfect rental for dog owners with the fenced yard and NO rediculous pet fees like others want to charge.

Nice house, close to the beach. Master bedroom bed is awesome to sleep on. If you’re more than a couple, bring an inflatable because the sofa bed is not at all comfortable.

Fantastic home!
We LOVED our stay and will be coming back! This is a wonderful location with a dog beach nearby. We walked the pups through the quaint streets and enjoyed the public parks with shade. Richard was very nice and available. This is a great getaway for a couple with pups or 2 small children but probably a bit too tight for 4 adults. Better rent it before I grab up your dates!

Perfect beach getaway home with the dogs too!
We had a wonderful stay(our 2nd time this year) at this property! Perfect for a couple with their dogs. Loved the fenced in yard for the dogs. Pool and jacuzzi were nice. All linens and dishes provided. If you're planning on using the pull out sofa it is very uncomfortable, recommend an air mattress for any extra guest. Love pass a grille area, short walk to bay and beach, with chairs and umbrellas included. Short walk to 8th Avenue shopping and restaurants, recommend brass monkey and the sea horse. Look forward to staying again.

Adequate but lacking in some areas
We stayed here because my son stayed here previously and recommended it because of a little fenced yard which our BostonTerrier could enjoy. We have vacationed in Pass a Grille previously and the location is super but was shocked to see the road construction still ongoing and the restricted sidewalk usage and rumbling heavy construction vehicles was a pain. I have stayed in nicer units before and was a little disappointed. If I was the owner, there are a few improvements I would make which would make the unit more enjoyable with little expense. The couch bed is terribly uncomfortable and until that was replaced, the unit is not suitable for 4 people unless they were small children. Pass a Grille is our favorite location along St Pete beach and the closeness of the Paradise Grill makes it an enjoyable beach getaway.

Had a great time staying in this cozy beach bungalow. Very convenient to great restaurants and beautiful Pass-a-Grille Beach. The owner provides everything you could possibly need. We look forward to staying here again!

Great location, but needs a makeover!
The location is great, a stone's throw from the beach and the cottage benefits from a great pool, however the accomodation is tired and needs a makeover, in particular the bathroom.
Some minor repairs are also required, as is general refreshing of the decor. We had a great time and loved the experience, but would perhaps suggest a little tlc is required?
