Bathroom needs to be redone. It's really tight space don't think much can be done about that. Condition is rough though. Shower paint peeling. Faucet splatters out of sink. No where to put toiletries. Shower curtain too long and curtain bar very rusted. Bed was comfortable.

This property is in the perfect location, close to the beach, and all the restaurants within walking distance. Although the bathroom was tiny with a small shower, it was plenty of room in the living area in this first floor studio. Beautiful sun deck, with great view comes with it. Enjoyed our stay.

The overall stay was decent , the bed could be a little more comfortable and the couch needs updated . Other than that great location, not very wild . The people were friendly . And a bar and grill is rite above where the rooms were and it was considerably peaceful for being a bar . I’d probably stay at the same place again if I were to travel to the same area again.

Location was awesome. Unit was spacious and clean. Shower was probably smallest I’ve ever seen and I’m not very big. Kitchen was not equipped with enough silverware. I bought a blender and left it for future patrons. Sleep hours are a small window of about midnight to 7:00 am as this unit is right by the front gate. It slams every time people enter and exit even though signs are up to close quietly.

Studio was much larger than expected. Plenty of room for my husband and I. Nice quiet building. We love the sunset deck were met some other great people. Shower is small but we didn’t mind. The ice cream/coffee shop along with great bars and boutiques. ALSO, just north of Paradise Grill on the beach you can rent chairs w/ umbrellas!

They could offer more than one dish towel and more than one hand towel for dishes. Plus it was mixed with the bath towels, so hard to find . The shower is small , so be prepared.
Other than that the location was amazing .

The shutters on the windows inside do not close all the way and the north window is missing the pull shade. The refrigerator has some kind of water leak inside - most likely from the freezer - that leaves water pooling on the shelf. But you can't beat the location - Pass-A-Grille!! The Paradise Grill just a short walk and on the beach was awesome! Great food and free coffee refills. We will definitely be returning to this area!!

Awesome area everything is walkable. Shopping boat tour, great food, location couldn’t get much better! I see the reviews that say bathroom is small and it is but who cares, your staying here to be on the beach, it’s not a spa. Will rent again pass a grille is an awesome chill area to have some drinks and relax on the beach without the massive crowds of Clearwater. Thanks!

had a last minute need to reserve a place in St Pete and so I was lucky this was available, and the location is great. Parking during the day could be tricky.
the place really really needs some attention. Opening a closet door to locate the beach chair, it fell off in my hand. and then the beach chair was in such disrepair I could not use it.
The bed was so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep on it, so I moved to the futon which was worse and in direct line of the A/C unit.
The bathroom is tiny, any larger person simply will not fit. The peeling paint is getting a bit out-of-hand.
The tv was fine once we figured out how to get it to work. This brings up the lack of clear instructions for anything in the condo. several wifi passwords, all different, are posted.
the property manager is responsive, but really needs to focus on getting. a new mattress and futon and spending a few dollars to clean it up some. For what this place must make in revenue a month, the state of everything can be brought back to par with a weekend and a few trips to target.
I wouldn't rent this place again.
