The location near the quay, bars and restaurants was handy. It's also close to the train station and ferry. We drove there and parked behind the hotel in a multi storey car park.
Our loft room was spacious, clean and modern. The bed was large and very comfortable. The amount of natural light was very nice. The towels and linen was nice.
The service and view from the 12th floor bar was great.
We liked the hotel and would return.
However to.give feedback, there were no luggage racks to put our suitcases on. We had to.put them on the floor and bend down to get to our items.
There wasn't sufficient space to put your vanity bag near the bathroom basin.
The breakfast was very slow, and then cold when it arrived. The spinach tasted off and the benedict eggs bland.
The parking spot, while we appreciated it, took a long phone conversation to understand the guy and work out where to go ie where to turn in at the boom gate. The parking spaces were extremely narrow (this probably isn't under the hotels control though).
The rooms decor was very bland but I guess that's the current trend.
It was not possible to make the room completely dark to sleep due to the bathroom door and window being glass without blinds, and various screens and control panels near the front door of the room.
As usual the doors were noisy to close and so we could hear others going in and out of their rooms.

Location good, brekfast good.
There was a staff member who was having trouble understanding us. We checked in when it was busy. Only one staff member was on the desk so waiting awhile

Location
Size of the room. Nowhere to put my case. Difficult to eat a meal in the room. Stains on bed cover. No top sheet on bed. Room service menu was limited.
