The lovely gentleman who checked us in was very friendly, he even provided a free upgraded room with a fab view as it was a joint birthday celebration (even though they had no river view rooms left), the view was amazing over Elizabeth Quay. We didn't expect this and we were very grateful. Lovely hotel, great location and well worth the money.
Nothing, it was lovely. The staff where friendly, the top floor bar/restaurant was fantastic. You have a full 360 degree panoramic view of the city and South Perth, definitely worth a visit.

The location was excellent with close proximity to everything. The room was awesome with wonderful veiw, great size and the bed was extremely comfortable. The buffet breakfast was so yummy with lots of variety.
This was just me personally but I found the pillows too soft however my husband loved them. I ended up using a second pillow to get me by but honestly I am sure I could have asked if they had a firmer pillow but wasn't needed.
