The staff were very friendly and they welcomed us with Champagne. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The pool area is nice.
They used plastic water bottles in the room, which is not great for the environment.
Our electric curtain did not work.
The water in the restaurant was gross and tasted like tap water. They should serve filtered water.
The juices in the restaurant were disappointing. the should offer freshly squeezed juices instead.

Love the secure parking. Easy accessible with kids staying here. Room is big as well.
Money paid for the room is just too much. 2nd toilet flush is faulty and water keeps running the first day I checked in, told the front desk about it and nothing been done. Imagine water running while you are asleep at night with kids. Evening front desk personnel not so keen of providing me the services I needed on the 16/9 night.
